    True. And via grammatical antecedent/referent/referback, Scriptural fulfillment, and Scriptural history; Daniel 9:26,27 also refer to Messiah the Prince Jesus.

    Hebrews 9:16,17 Greek specify "will", which requires a testator and the death of the testator. There is no testator in an agreement between two parties. But the definition of diathéké is either covenant or will/testament, so context determines applicability.
