Jesus said “No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him.”

God is Creator. If anything were to occur outside God's will, then God would not be Creator. See Romans 9:19.

    Does Grace replace the law?

    1. God is the Creator. 2. History is His Story. 3. We are all actors in a play. 4. Free will is a human perception.

Revelation 20:1-15 & the 1,000 years (aka Millennium) Bible Study

IMO: Revelation 20:8 says "four corners of the land" (land =Greek γη). There was no concept of planet earth in Biblical times.

Satan and his demons are real beings/entities (with personalities) not abstract evil within unregenerate man

"For by him *all things* were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible..." (1Colossians 1:16). That is explicit.

    Does Grace replace the law?

    Grace = unmerited favor.

    Why the great chain?

Are you familiar with the logical fallacy "straw man argument"?

    Why the great chain?

In this context IMO it is also directed at the King's advocate Satan. C.f. Luke 22:3, John 13:27, 1Peter 5:8.

Satan and his demons are real beings/entities (with personalities) not abstract evil within unregenerate man

Christianity is Middle Eastern. Jesus was born in the ancient city of Bethlehem, in fulfilment of Micah 5:2.

Satan and his demons are real beings/entities (with personalities) not abstract evil within unregenerate man

IMO "morning star" (Greek φωσφορος) is the bright planet Venus. We call it a "planet" (Latin planeta = "wandering star") since it moves in the sky (true stars do not move). Jesus is called "morning star" in Revelation 22:16. We have a similar idiom in English, "you light up my life." Satan...

The FOUR HORSEMEN of the Apocalypse

The Light noted: <Wailing wall not part of Antonia> I visited Israel once, and there were people there who share your opinion, praying at the wall. The problem is that Jesus said, "not one stone upon a stone" would be left of the temple complex (Luke 21:6). The tour guide indicated to me it...

The FOUR HORSEMEN of the Apocalypse

Let me suggest the Revelation imagery this way: o A scroll with seven seals is opened and read, declaring Jesus king of the land. o After the scroll is read seven trumpets sound out that Jesus has been ordained king of the land. o After Jesus is so ordained the seven bowls describe the...

    Why the great chain?

Search your internet "Satan chained metaphor." People's understanding of Bible prophecy varies widely.

The FOUR HORSEMEN of the Apocalypse

The Jews have been training priests and collecting materials to rebuild the temple. One problem is a misunderstanding of where it is supposed to be. I see Jewish people praying at the "wailing wall," failing to understand that this wall was actually part of the Roman fortress Antonia. The Romans...

Satan and his demons are real beings/entities (with personalities) not abstract evil within unregenerate man

I am certainly not a Hebrew/Greek expert at all, I simply believe access to the original language is beneficial. And yes I think the ideas of others are valuable.

    Why the great chain?

Satan is a cherub. Angels and cherubim have bodies. So Satan can be constrained by a chain. He cannot be constrained by a metaphor.

When does Jesus judge? Is the second coming Judgement day?

No judgment for believers, Jesus paid our penalty for us: "Out of the anguish of (Jesus's) soul shall (God the Father) be satisfied.... (Isaiah 53:11).

    Why the great chain?

Pinseeker noted: <Satan thrown down> This is noted in Ezekiel 28:11-19. It is directed at the King of Tyre and also at his advocate Satan, a cherub who had been in Eden.

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

IMO the rapture is noted in John 14:2-3, 1Corinthians 15:51-53, 1Thessalonians 4:15-17, Revelation 11:12. (two witnesses caught up), Revelation 14:16 (Jesus on cloud catching up believers).

The FOUR HORSEMEN of the Apocalypse

IMO: It's apocalyptic literature. The imagery is the progression of an announcement: o Seals (presumably wax) on a scroll are removed (chapters 5:1-8:5). o Trumpet perhaps sounds after seals are removed (chapters 8.6-11:19). o Scroll is read, condemnation ensues (chapters 12:1-25:8) o Bowl...
