Is it possible to lose salvation?

I must have misstated something in my post. I am arguing that no believer can ever be unsealed. Could you let me know where I said that. I apologize if I didn't clarify my position. I would like to correct that post.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. Notice that those he also glorified is in the past...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

I agree. You can not be unborn, Nicodemus said that. Or, as you put it, sealed believers can not be unsealed. The believer has fulfilled all the stipulations for salvation. Faith alone in Christ alone.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Paul says it better in 2 Tim 2 13 if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself. Even if you stop your faith toward Christ, he must remain truthful to his word. Remember also in Eph 2 that you are already seated in the heavenlies. The doctrine of positional truth.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

you might be lost now, due to your continual sinning. If you can lose it, then it needs to go by a different name. Contingent salvation. and the only way of knowing if you make to heaven is once you die and you will know then.

Is it ok to tithe if a person wants to?

    Hi

I don't call Christ my King. I call him my Spouse. He is definitely king to the Jews. and will be king to all the nations of the world during the Millennial Reign. But King just doesn't seem to be an affectionate term. I am willing to reverse my statement if there is a good reason that Christ's...

Judgement Seat of Christ for who ?

Are our rewards given to us at the JSC eternal, or do we give them back? The JSC does not keep us from danger at the GWTJ. If we appear before Christ at the JSC, our eternal destiny has already been settled. A person's eternal destiny is determined by his response in this life to God's offer...

Judgement Seat of Christ for who ?

This is the first prophetic coming that you cite. Paul in 1thess 4:14-17, 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are...

Judgement Seat of Christ for who ?

You are mixing up the "caught up" with the Second Advent. Tell me if you think the "caught up" (Rapture) and the 2nd Coming are the same event: see chart below. At the Rapture: 1. Christ comes FOR His own in the air 2. All believers are translated into new bodies 3. Christians are taken to the...

Judgement Seat of Christ for who ?

rwb said: Believers are judged according to our deeds while clothed in our bodies of mortal flesh. The Judgment Seat of Christ (JSC) only takes place in Heaven shortly after we are "caught up in the air." I believe this is how believers stand before...

Judgement Seat of Christ for who ?

The Judgment Seat of Christ is better translated Rewards Ceremony. No sin will be brought up there. We will also be in our glorified state. The Bride of Christ only will be evaluated there, no other humans will be there. The Great White Throne is for all unbelievers since Adam and Eve. Once...

    KJV goof ups

David, sorry for not making this clear. No! What I was saying is that Nicodemus realized that you can't be unborn physically. Then this analogy helps explain why it is impossible to be unborn physically, so if you are saved, you have been born again spiritually. But you can not later be unborn...

DOES JESUS HAVE IMMORTALITY OR NOT?

So I will know how to respond, do you disagree with these statements below, some or all, taken from the Internet The context is about the Father and the Son right now. The Father is not subject to death (immortal) The Father is not subject to death and lives in unapproachable lights. The Son...

    KJV goof ups

An analogy from Jesus' and Nicodemus' conversation: Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again (the first time).” “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s...

DOES JESUS HAVE IMMORTALITY OR NOT?

The key to this passage is the word AND. God alone has immortality AND lives in unapproachable light. This is a reference to God the Father, who brings about the appearing of Jesus You might want to do a study on "immortality." It also has the usage of not subject to death.

Both Pretribbers and Preterists are clearly wrong that great tribulation begins with the DOTL.

You need to do more reading and pay attention. PreTribbers do NOT believer that the great Trib begins with the dotl. The great Trib is a reference to the final 3 1/2 years of the Trib.

DOES JESUS HAVE IMMORTALITY OR NOT?

It would be heresy if you are saying that God (the Father) alone has immortality.
