I was always thin ...even very thin at times (from childhood). But a lifetime of trauma and pain led to times (especially over the last 15 years) of being immobile and limited in my ability to do a lot of physical activity. Those are improving somewhat now.

Actually, the victims are real and the highest level perps (including Trump) are being protected from exposure. Trump's personal aircraft was completely overhauled in 2021/2022 in preparation for this time. His aircraft smelled of human excrement. I know this because I know the people who worked...

I still occasionally get ads whereas I didn't for a long time. I have ad blocker browser. I may need to find another option. I don't get on here with a computer. I use my phone.

I'm 5'6" ...my goal is somewhere around 138 to 140. With more muscle, I'd be happy at 145lbs.
