    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

So, at which point in the "forever and ever" existence of God's commandments do they cease to exist? If you're saying there will come a time when the Ten Commandments no longer exist, how can we explain Psalms 111:7-8 KJV which plainly says the commandments God made and wrote with His hands will...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

Here's what I read in Scripture: 1. Romans 2:6 KJV plainly says God "leadeth thee to repentance". 2. Once we arrive, it's our responsibility to choose to repent: Acts 2:38 KJV 3. The choice to repent must be preceded by a choice to believe: Acts 2:38 KJV Can you see how salvation is accepted...

Sorry, that was a typo...I meant Proverbs 28:13 KJV.

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

The Galatians began by believing in Jesus...they did not continue to believe in Jesus. "If ye continue in My word, ye are My disciples in deed". They didn't continue "in" His word, and thus were seduced by satanic deception. Therefore, there's no difference in "believing in" and "believing"...

Who Is "the Restrainer" In 2 Thess. 2:6-7

Never heard that about John the Baptist..interesting. But, it's enough to know what Josephus said about Christ being real and about His death. My point is that we must not discount ancient authoritative sources of actual history simply because their account of history disrupts what we think...

Didn't realize that - but not surprised by your uncertainty. If the saved and the lost were designated to be such according to some ancient divine blueprint that precedes Adam, it's no wonder that we're left wondering who's who in the human zoo. BTW, Matthew 24:12-13 KJV completely overthrows...

Who Is "the Restrainer" In 2 Thess. 2:6-7

Thank you for acknowledging history, which some here seem unwilling to do. If I may impart to you Protestant Historicism's take on the issue: It was universally understood among Protestants that the Restrainer was the Pagan Roman Empire which prevented the rise of the Papal Antichrist, because...

Who Is "the Restrainer" In 2 Thess. 2:6-7

Everyone knows Josephus wasn't a Christian...what I mean is that he is "early" in church history and his historic account affords much evidence to the truth. This has major implication regarding the identity of the Antichrist. Also "early", the ECFs testimony does the same. They provide insight...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

It shouldn't because such a man is not born again, he only BELIEVES himself to be. Not so...Proverbs 29:13 KJV plainly says those who confess AND forsake their sin shall have mercy - which refers to the Just Man. It also speaks of those who "cover" their sins which will not prosper them - the...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

Dang, friend, at least you are honest, which means there's yet more hope for you than for the OSAS License to Sin crowd which has been satanically blinded into thinking they can climb down into the pit of sin, sit comfortable among the filth, swat away the uplifting had of Jesus, and push their...

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

Crafty? Is "craft" how SDAs became the first organized denomination to preach Jesus is coming very soon while everyone else mocked and ridiculed and expelled Christians from every other denomination including yours for teaching the same, while they continued in that nonsense about how the church...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

The answer is no, a man cannot call himself a Christian who says he believes in Jesus but says he doesn't believe what Jesus said. He is something other than as Christian. (BTW, it appears you have a concern over what name(s) we ought to be baptized in. I think "Father, Son, Holy Spirit" is...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

I think we'll agree there's a Biblical distinction between the Just Man who slips, trips, and "falls into sin", and the Presumptuous Man who "climbs down a ladder into the pit, sits comfortably among the filth, swats away the uplifiting hand of Jesus, and pushes a OSAS License to Sin in His...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

Ultimately, the Father leads us to choose, but we must make the choice. "It is the goodness of God that LEADETH thee to repentance" but we must choose to do the repenting, right or wrong? I wouldn't say "nothing to do with salvation" when what we do and say is intricately tied to...

Truther, as a Christian, you're supposed to be a fruit inspector. Are you telling me you don't know what is the criteria for inspecting fruit? Check out Leviticus 19:17 KJV ;) (please refer to the KJV, not this flawed hover-version)

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

Wow, either "no, I am not saved" means "I am not YET saved, but I am in a saving relationship with Christ" (which incidentally is totally Biblical, because technically the climactic destruction from which we are to be saved is still future)....or, you are not in a saving relationship with Jesus...

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

We share many beliefs. I think we both agree that "believing in Jesus" is identical to "believing Jesus" for how can one do the one and not the other, right or wrong? Can a man say, "I believe in Jesus' power to save me" but in the same breath say, "I don't believe what Jesus said is true"?

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

And also the angel told Mary, "...and He shall save His people FROM their sins." :D

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

Your reasons are not facts...just opinions. We SDAs deal in facts... ...like the fact that the OSAS License to Sin is nothing more than a false gospel which says we may by dead faith obtain that which can only be obtained by living faith: eternal life.
