    The narrow way

I do the works that He does through me, is the answer. Galatians 2:20.

    The narrow way

Indeed, I have done what was my duty to do. And I have indeed answered the question.

    The narrow way

I think that in this you must be speaking of your own biological father or perhaps you are referring to your father being the devil. Because if you were referring to God as being your Father, you would have capitalized the word.

    The narrow way

That question has been already answered:

    The narrow way

I believe...and yet I also do. I walk in the works that God has foreordained that I should walk in (Ephesians 2:10); because the Lord has placed His love in my heart (Romans 5:5) through faith (Galatians 3:14) and I walk in obedience to that love (1 John 3:17-18). So doing does not come from...

Was the death on the cross necessary?

Arguing from silence is a basic logical fallacy.

Was the death on the cross necessary?

It does indeed imply the fact of it. See 2 Corinthians 4:3-4, Acts of the Apostles 28:26-27, and 1 Corinthians 2:14. I do not have to even do that, for God will burn you in the fires of hell. Your condemnation was marked out long ago for the fact that you are very likely going to lead others...

Was the death on the cross necessary?

All you need is the intelligence to understand a big word in holy scripture and what its definition is. Intelligent people, when they don't understand a word, normally take the time to look it up. In doing so they add to their vocabulary so that when they henceforth come across that word, they...

    The narrow way

Why did Jesus get baptized Himself if not as an example for us to follow? 1Jo 2:6, He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. And I don't teach that baptism in Jesus' Name is the only way in to salvation; that a person cannot enter in to the kingdom by...

Was the death on the cross necessary?

The word "propitiation" has as its definition, "appeasement of wrath" so if you substitute the definition for the word, the word wrath is indeed found in those verses (Romans 3:25-26).

Was the death on the cross necessary?

I don't see it that way. I believe that both can be true. Unless you can show logically how they are diametrically opposed.

Was the death on the cross necessary?

Eternal Security is clearly taught by such passages as John 5:24, John 6:47, and John 10:27-30. Because He satisfies His justice when He forgives sins, you do not see it as forgiveness. In your book, for God to truly forgive, He has to be unjust.

Was the death on the cross necessary?

They are highly intellgent and I give them credit for it....and in their intelligence I believe that they will understand the meaning of a big word..."propitiation" a word that apparently you don't think they are intelligent enough to understand the meaning of. Where does the Bible use the...

Was the death on the cross necessary?

"propitiation" means "appeasement of wrath". The doctrine of PSA is, therefore, in the scripture passage at hand. And I believe that the average onlooker can see this in spite of your own "smoke screen."

    The narrow way

three-in-one on what baptism is: 1) water; 2) the Holy Ghost; 3) fire.
  16. J

Was the death on the cross necessary?

It is, in fact, based on scripture; specifically Romans 3:25-26.
  17. J

Was the death on the cross necessary?

You are simply blind to the existence of the verses that show it forth; because the god of this world has blinded your mind. 2 Corinthians 4:3-4. Acts of the Apostles 28:26-27. 1 Corinthians 2:14.

    The narrow way

Col 2:11, In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Col 2:12, Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised...

Is God Sending Republican Voters a Message?

Someone has to be the CEO of a Christian non-profit such as this. I suppose that it is a dirty job; but somebody's got to do it.

Is God Sending Republican Voters a Message?

That's because you have never had an encounter with the living God. If you had, you would have declared as Job did in Job 40:4 (kjv). Note that Job declared that he was vile even though the scripture testifies of him that his walk was perfect and upright, in Job 1:1. Job 40:4, Behold, I am...
