Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

All that must be agreed to, in order to be born again, is verses 3 and 4 (in 1 Corinthians 15). And that "if" is actually a "most assuredly will be" for those who are sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:22, 2 Corinthians 5:5) and have the fear of the LORD (Psalms 19:9...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

If any of us is truly a born again Christian, then we agree on this essential: 1Co 15:1, Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 1Co 15:2, By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached...

The "like manner" of Acts 1:9-11

Seems to me that Jesus is better off if He is now a spirit-being without human limitations. And that is no sacrifice. That verse does not say that explicitly; you have added your eisegetical understanding to it (you are reading into the verse what isn't there).

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

But I do understand that I am irreparably a sinner because of the commandment to wear fringes on your garments. Thankfully, I am not under the law and am therefore not condemned by my failure to keep it perfectly (Romans 6:14; Romans 7:4, Galatians 2:19; Romans 7:6).

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

Really? How are you managing to eat? Don't you need to be able to buy food in order to eat? Now I'm genuinely interested in your proposition; if you are able to explain to me this. You missed the point of my message entirely. We do not look to a set of do's and don'ts any more for...

God's Desire is that All Men be Saved!

It is indeed to us. And the fact that you do not see this is clouding your ability to interpret holy scripture. For if it is not to us, then it does not apply to us. You seem to think that the scripture is not to you and therefore does not apply to you. No responsibility, therefore, to heed...

God's Desire is that All Men be Saved!

The Holy Spirit of God intended it for us; and in that sense it was written to us by Him.

God's Desire is that All Men be Saved!

It is found within a chapter of the verse in question. And also refers to the same subject. You first; because I asked you first. And also, I have no idea how it would be applied in light of the added information; to me the added information seems to nullify the application in the verse. So...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

I feel that this post tells me that I am getting through to you. Praise the LORD!

The "like manner" of Acts 1:9-11

Judge not (except based on fruit), lest ye be judged.

God's Desire is that All Men be Saved!

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 is in the immediate context. See 1 Corinthians 2:13 (kjv). Topical context is context that is not in the immediate vicinity of the verse that nevertheless speaks on the same subject or topic. I want to hear it from you. You already know what my interpretation is. I...

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

And again, 1Ti 1:5, Now the end of the commandment is charity (agape love) out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

I would add what it says in Matthew: Mat 22:35, Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying, Mat 22:36, Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Mat 22:37, Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

@BreadOfLife Therefore the Pope is not the head...and the church also consists of all those who believe in Jesus Christ and are even born again of the Holy Spirit.

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

Gal 5:19, Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Gal 5:20, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Gal 5:21, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the...

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

Act 15:5, But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses. (read it in its context).

Preparation and Survival Guide for the Great Tribulation and Second Coming of Yeshuah

@gaviria.christian, Are you still able to buy and sell? Because when the mark of the beast comes, no one will be able to buy or sell without it. If you can still buy or sell therefore without what you have deemed to be the mark of the beast, then it is not the mark of the beast.
