Has Jesus come in the spirit?

That verse is speaking of the building where we go and worship...not because the church isn't the body of Christ...but because anywhere believers go to meet, the body of Christ is present in congregational form.

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

So you confess that the kjv is the word of the Lord then?
  3. J

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

You simply deny that the kjv is the word of the Lord. You know what the passages are...I have already referenced them, even in this thread...and they are a thorn in your side.

    The Trinity is NO lie.

He's more One than He is three...I'll tell you that much. You should do a study on the Oneness of the Lord, it will help you to understand His Triune nature better. Here's a link to some information where you can begin your study... Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity...

    The Trinity is NO lie.

Awesome, brother! So have I (as I declared in the OP).

    The Trinity is NO lie.

Have you been baptized in Jesus' Name? If you want, you can answer me by PM.

    The Trinity is NO lie.

And here, I thought you might be a JW. I take it you're Oneness?

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

I would exhort you, dear sister, to beware lest what is spoken of in 2 Timothy 4:3-4 take hold of you. It can happen when we begin to tire of hearing "the same old thing." Nevertheless we are exhorted to a specific behaviour in Hebrews 3:13; a behaviour that can amount to the "incessant"...

    The Trinity is NO lie.

Please re-read the OP and also look at the thread that I linked you to above. Here is the same link: Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

    The Trinity is NO lie.

Consider that there is one Spirit (Ephesians 4:4) and that God (the Father) is that Spirit (John 4:23-24). Have you considered that the Holy Ghost is also a Spirit (John 7:37-39)? He is also a Person with a mind (Romans 8:27); who also makes intercession for us. That is not something that an...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Also...we who have been believers for many years often think that it is not possible that others wouldn't have the wealth of knowledge that the Lord has given to us...but I have found that there are people of different backgrounds anywhere you go...therefore, there may be someone watching who...

    The Trinity is NO lie.

Nope...I'm not promoting three Gods...I am preaching exactly one. In fact, I have been lambasted by Tritheists (who thought that they were Trinitarian) over my emphasis on the Oneness in the Holy Trinity. In this thread especially: (Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.) But you...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

The scriptures teach us that He is in the flesh...so why, pray tell, would He morph into spirit en route to the earth?

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

I should think that you knew that...but I wasn't going to be condescending and tell you that you should have known that, having been in the ministry... You know it...but were you there attempting to promote an idea that was different? I have said elsewhere on these boards that the Lord has...

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

For Protestants, the word of the Lord is living and active (quick and powerful); for Catholics, it is rigid and must conform to the Church's past interpretations.
  16. J

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

Actually, Catholics have their own ideas about God; for they rely on the words of men (the church); while Protestants rely on the word of God (the Holy Bible).

Has Jesus come in the spirit?

The rapture is the Latin word rapturo, translated from the Greek harpazo, it means to be caught up; and it refers to what is spoken of in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. Which passage tells us that the Lord shall descend from heaven with a trumpet blast, and a shout, with the voice of the archangel...

    Wet Paint Principle (Freedom)

We have all sinned and come short of the glory of the Lord (Romans 3:23) and our sin separates us from Him (Isaiah 59:1-2).
