Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

It seems to me that if the elect are elected unconditionally, that there is no basis but the choice of the Lord for someone to be of the non-elect. Is this a God that is truly good? These people are headed to the lake of fire.

Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

So you're saying that you do not know whether or not you are one of the elect or non-elect?

If you had any kind of concern for the non-elect, you would also see it as a bad thing; because it is a bad thing for the non-elect.

Again, do you agree with what the Christ spoke? It is besides the point. The fact is, that Christ will reject no one; and therefore if anyone receives Him, you can be sure that the Lord elected them. God is not going to reject anyone that truly receives Him. And therefore if anyone receives...

    Stop Slandering

Some here need to have the seed of the scripture that I will quote planted in their hearts: the best way for this to happen is for you to read it and to determine to be obedient to it from now on: Tit 3:1, Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be...

    I am sorry.

I hold to a different viewpoint. While the voice of the Lord in prophecy will never contradict the word as it is revealed in the canon of holy scripture, I do believe that the Lord still does speak today. Heb 13:8, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. I believe that the...

Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

So you are in agreement with those statements?

Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

I have heard it said that if you have doubt about whether you were predestined, receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour; and you will find that you were predestined. But certain Calvinists that I have spoken this to in the past have rejected this idea. So there are certain things in...

Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

So, you're saying that if anyone comes to Christ it is because the Father gave them to Christ.... And therefore it is not true that they would be rejected over His not choosing them from eternity past.

    I am sorry.

I have not judged based on the fact that they believe differently; but on the basis of fruit; as Jesus commanded. I know the true and living God; or rather am known of Him. I continue to extensively read the holy scriptures every day of my life; and am confident that by the time I reach the...

    I am sorry.

I am doing my best to ignore from now on those specific individuals who have been in and continue to be in "attack mode"; and to pray for them; as talking to them will not help as I have sincere doubt as to whether they will see reason. But there are a few of you (of the Calvinistic bent) who...

    I am sorry.

I feel that although you hold the same doctrine as some of those who have been attacking me, that you have not stooped to their level in treating me the same way as they have. It is excellent that you will pray and intercede for all of us; perhaps you will even be an intermediary between us in...

    I am sorry.

Tbh with you, I don't have a lot of confidence in my own ability to hear the voice of the Lord; because I have been told in times past that when I have heard Him, it was the result of a mental illness.

Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

My initial response to these verses is that you seem to be trying to say by them, the Calvinistic doctrine that it doesn't matter whether a person receives Christ; that if God did not choose them, they are out of luck whether they receive Christ or not (at least that is the implication of what I...

    I am sorry.

I'm pretty certain that the Lord spoke to me...but I am just saying, that if he is right and it wasn't the Lord, then that gives me the right to continue as I did before when there was no repentance. Is that what he wants? if it is, then let him continue to say that the Lord didn't speak to...
