What does it mean to be "born again"?

You are being evasive and dishonest. We can all see what you are doing. You are deflecting and equivocating. Just answer the question. Do. You. Own. A. Study. Bible?

That is not what he asked you. Stop being so dishonest, please.

What does it mean to be "born again"?

I understand why you suggested it. My post was meant for the fellow who dodged your question by obstinately repeating his prior posts. Over the years, I have had a few different study Bibles, (Ryrie, Schofield, World Teachers, etc) and have at last landed on 3 helps but no commentaries. KJV...

Some will die today and be cast forever into the Lake of Fire

I've read through three pages of this thread AND replied to a few of these people's posts. I've discovered a commonality among BOTH sides of this argument. Neither side has truly considered the NATURE of God!!!! Ye who say the eternal torment of the LOF are NOT for humans have impugned the...

Some will die today and be cast forever into the Lake of Fire

Stop being obtuse. CONTEXT demands that WHOMEVER is cast into the LOF are there FOREVER. Stop twisting Scripture.

Some will die today and be cast forever into the Lake of Fire

That is NOT the lake of fire. Eisegesis is the enemy of sound doctrine. Beware of this false teacher!!!!

Some will die today and be cast forever into the Lake of Fire

This is not true. The lake of fire does not appear until AFTER the Millenial Kingdom of Christ.

What does it mean to be "born again"?

Do you understand how to answer a question? Study Bible is not related to taking a bath (water baptism). Just directly answer the dude's question for a change.

What does it mean to be "born again"?

I might take you a little more seriously if you used grammar better but since you can't tell the difference between "your" and "you're", maybe I'll relegate you to the unlearned people Peter spoke of : 2 Peter 3:16.

    Burial vs Cremation

Answering the OP: If cremation is pagan based on what we see ungodly tribes practice; then enbalming and burial is pagan also based upon the mumification (enbalming) and burial practices of ancient Egyptians. Not so fast. We dare not base any of our practices or prohibitions on what we see...

    Burial vs Cremation

    That's ridiculous.

Death Penalty: All in Favor? All Opposed?

God instituted capital punishment for they who shed human blood in Genesis. Nothing in all of Scripture has annuled that pronouncement. We oppose God when we do not execute they who wrongfully shed human blood.

    Christian Nationalism

Wicked pervert you are. Seeing perversion where there is none has revealed the darkness of your own heart.

What does it mean to be "born again"?

I've read those verses, perhaps, more than 1000 times over these 46 years I've been saved, and they do not say what you say they say. Have a better day.

What does it mean to be "born again"?

There is no scripture for the assertions that baptism in water and baptism by the Spirit are one event. Nor are there any Scripture that demonstrate that baptism is efficacious for imparting eternal life.

What does it mean to be "born again"?

Born again = passed from death to life. Why complicate this?
