"Temple" is a place to commune with God. In that sense I agree that the body is the temple of God. But so is the Jewish temple, that God ordained. Adam and Eve communed with God, and the Bible indicates that will be restored in the new heavens and earth.

The mark is said to be on the hand or forehead. I see nothing about angels in the text. Pets sometimes have "microchips" implanted, to identify them if lost.
