Fitness, Health, and Beauty Goals Journal

I've incorporated home workouts every other day into my routine. I drink a gallon of water a day. I adjusted my second eating time. It's a lot easier to eat at 11am and 4-4:30pm then 11am and 5:30pm. So now I eat at 11am and 4pm. I try not to snack or eat outside of those times. I don't...

Fitness, Health, and Beauty Goals Journal

My goal to lose weight and the efforts to accomplish are changing me into a person I like better. I've learned I am happier when I don't coddle myself and that its okay to be a little hard on myself. Getting the results that I want requires a mental toughness and self-mastery that I just...

Fitness, Health, and Beauty Goals Journal

Fitness, Health, and Beauty Goals Journal

A trick I got from YouTube that I'm doing to prevent overeating is making some hot tea when I have a craving. It's really effective but I'm sensing I'll be drinking plenty of tea in the future.

Lies Women Hear All the Time

Not a sin. Just not as appealing as it's made out to be.

Lies Women Hear All the Time

    1. Be his girlfriend. Settle down later. God wants us to be wives. The culture tells young women to date for fun and enjoy it non-seriously. That you might need to go through a string of failed relationships so you know "the one". The only reason to date someone is to see if you will marry...
