I have been reading Romans 5-8 once again and in no way Paul fell from grace in Romans 7 as @Episkopos claimed. Rom 5, 6 and 8 are about grace, victory over sin. In Romans 7 Paul describes the period when he was under the Law, fighting windmills.

I took a lesson in Greek, checked the first 7 chapters of the gospel of John on "in Him" with the Greek and you are right, it should be "into Him" which is certainly more loaded (if that's a correct English word to use) than "in Him". :gd
