Are you guys happy with the recent Iran agreement ending the war?

Sadly, you are right, it seems. :( https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/us-iran-doha-qatar-war-peace-talks-hormuz-strait-june-30

Are you guys happy with the recent Iran agreement ending the war?

Israel does not welcome the new Iran agreement though, most of their people are VERY strongly against it in fact. https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/us-iran-deal-may-leave-netanyahu-biggest-casualty-2026-06-24/ https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/article-900327...

Are you guys happy with the recent Iran agreement ending the war?

But if a Democrat made this deal, would you also be so happy?

AOC, Omar and other 'Squad' reps among the 53 House Dems that voted against reaffirming Iran as a terror sponsor

He also gave them $300 billion, which I think is even more than Obama agreed to give them...so, yeah, I can understand why some people in both parties find it controversial tbh...

Are you guys happy with the recent Iran agreement ending the war?

At least as far as I can so far tell, much of the vocal criticism against the President's Iran foreign policy breaks down into 2 camps: 1. He is too aggressive against Iran, suddenly starting a major expensive war against them without Congressional vote, and put Middle East allies who wanted...

Are you guys happy with the recent Iran agreement ending the war?

Well, I am not crazy about entangling with that region either, but still if the US is set on war in the Middle East, would not it have been better if they just removed the Iranian dictatorship? lots of their people are fed with with the mullahs controlling every aspect of their society tbh I...

Are you guys happy with the recent Iran agreement ending the war?

The war in Iran is now FINALLY over for a change, and the Strait of Hormuz is being reopened right now, so I guess that's good news. But not everyone is so happy necessarily, and both Democrats and Republicans alike have hesitated to embrace this right away as a clear U.S. victory...

    Never mind

Tbh, I think both the Left and the Right in the USA (Democrats and Republicans alike) have gone to fringe extremes as of late, that many Americans have views which kinda fit both sides in a way, or are mixed and in the center. I kinda liked the older Democrats (JFK, Carter era) as well as the...

Talks with Iran have failed. Trump says Iran will not be allowed to sell any oil, if they block Strait for other countries, US will block their ships

Actually, he's said he doesn't really care if Iran becomes a democratic state or not https://www.cnn.com/2026/03/06/politics/trump-interview-iran-cuba-dana-bash

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

MTG (Marjorie Taylor Greene) has also been very vocally against the war, arguing that it is not what the President originally campaigned for and claiming that it might hurt JD Vance's future in politics too. still, I think most Republicans for better or worse do kinda support it, especially...

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

Because I think NATO applies to strictly defensive wars. The USA was not preemptively attacked by Iran, so I don't think the clauses apply. Turkey though could actually ask for NATO backup. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/3/13/turkiye-says-nato-defences-intercepted-third-missile-from-iran...

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

I absolutely despise the Iranian regime. It persecutes its own people, its own women and children, its own ethnic/religious minority groups, spends millions on funding violent anti-Western groups yearly. But I admit this strategy is a bit vague right now. Again, some conservative speakers are...

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

True, Iran has few fans, few friends in the world, even China and Russia aren't really helping them much. But our goals in Iran are also a bit like vague and unclear at this point. The President has said his objective is NOT to make a "democracy" in Iran. So what is he bombing them for then...

Mamdani win is regressive for NYC and unfavorable

Most conservatives in NY still didn't vote for Mamdani though tbh. Although I think Eric Leroy Adams was worse

Mamdani win is regressive for NYC and unfavorable

Tbh though the President was praising him quite highly when invited him to the White House a few months back

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

Well, I don't think Iran is a good government at all, they like brutally killed tens of thousands of their OWN citizens. That being said....I do kinda get why some people in both parties are hesitating a lot over this. like podcasters and figures like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, the Hodge...

    Trump has abandoned America First

But it's true that some MAGA voters are also confused by the war, some say that he promised "no new wars": https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/mar/01/trump-iran-strike-maga-war-promise

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

Well, Rubio did say that it was b/c Israel wanted to attack them apparently https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/mar/02/rubio-us-attack-israel-iran

    Trump has abandoned America First

It is true that Marco Rubio has stated that US's attack on Iran was motivated by Israel's government at least in part, not sure how true this is though: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/mar/02/rubio-us-attack-israel-iran https://www.axios.com/2026/03/03/rubio-trump-iran-israel-attacks...

Do you guys support Trump's war on Iran right now?

I'm just asking, bc it does seem some conservatives, libertarians and Republicans are becoming more confused/divided on the current escalating conflict in the Middle East, some like Tucker Carlson, Matt Walsh and Megyn Kelly...
