How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

If He was existent as a personality for all eternity past, then He couldn't be begotten, or a Son.

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

You're welcome to call it something else. It's just that Jesus called death sleep, knowing that at a future time, there would be the resurrection.

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

I'm not suggesting He was a created being. He was begotten. The Scripture declares unequivocally that God sent His only begotten Son into the world to redeem man. . If I'm to believe that scripture, then I also believe God had a Son to send.

    Apostle Paul's Temple of God

I cannot believe you actually thought I was referencing Jim Jones as a fulfillment of the Thessalonians prophevy. The real fulfillment was the Catholic Church. The church in Rome began as a faithful spirit filled church. Circumstances such as a vacant seat after Constantine departed, and greed...

"Medical errors claim over 250,000 American lives annually".

You misunderstand me. The Manufacturer of you is God. Follow the Manufacturer's instructions for optimal health.

"Medical errors claim over 250,000 American lives annually".

That's exactly what is was saying. Trust in our Manufacturer's instructions.

    Apostle Paul's Temple of God

I have a couple of questions. 1. Can you show how such a future abomination could possibly be God's temple and not a false ediface for housing an idol, and 2. Can you explain, according to your theory, how Jim Jones's church that ended up in South America dead, was God's church. Questions...

"Medical errors claim over 250,000 American lives annually".

The current medical system with few exceptions among those who work within it, is designed to maintain or manage illness rather than cure it. If you truly want to be healthy, I suggest you study the OT scriptures and follow the clear directions and instructions given by the Manufacturer.

"Medical errors claim over 250,000 American lives annually".

So you saw the brakelite but choose to ignore it and ploughed ahead regardless having no consideration to your current position and the potential for disaster. There's no more I can do.

"Medical errors claim over 250,000 American lives annually".

Jack, like seeing a brakelite ahead of you on the highway, I'd like you to seriously listen for a moment and consider a different perspective... One that doesn't do damage to the scriptures, but more importantly, doesn't do damage to God's character. After seeing the brakelite, if you choose to...

"Medical errors claim over 250,000 American lives annually".

I drive a school bus. If I made a few occasional mistakes costing children's lives, how long do think my employment will remain secure?

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

I'm not convinced that is correct. He came as a baby. A real, uneducated, uninformed child, who has to learn from scratch the same things we do. It was from Scripture, from studying prophecy, that He learned His true identity, and later confirmed by the Father at the baptism. Jesus was a student...

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

And pre-existing does not of necessity mean eternal in the past. We cannot expect eternity in the past to be without "past present and future". It is altogether scripturally reasonable to understand the Soon as having been brought forth of the Father, not created because the Son came out from...

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

So you deny that the Father created all things through the Son. So many scriptures that directly contradict such a proposal. But then, it seems we must expect that with Christadelphians.

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

So God did not send a Son into the world?

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

The cherubim that stood over the ark of the covenant represented real high ranking angels that had a specific task, yes. The entire sanctuary was a miniature copy of the true sanctuary in heaven. The ark was a miniature rendition of the throne of God, hence two cherubim guarding it and the...

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

But a human was trying to steal the body of Moses and Michael was afraid to rebuke this human and asked God to do it instead?

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

Anyone can understand the doctrine. Understanding man's teaching on any topic merely takes an education and time and a willingness to learn. But of what purpose is it to understand the doctrine? Ought we aspire more to understand God? It is the actual doctrine, the attempt to reduce the nature...
