How Big Will The New Jerusalem Be? (Pick only one answer)

Figuring 11 feet per floor, a 1500 mile high building would have 750,000 floors.

How Big Will The New Jerusalem Be? (Pick only one answer)

This is from something I have often suggested here: A more significant reason for the need to interpret lies in the nature of Scripture itself. Historically the church has understood the nature of Scripture much the same as it has understood the person of Christ — the Bible is at the same time...

How Big Will The New Jerusalem Be? (Pick only one answer)

It is amazing how otherwise seemingly intelligent men think Revelation 21:2 was speaking about a town.

    What's it all about, Alfie?

I'm 10 years behind you, but I know what you mean.

    Better late than never

I'll send it to you if you want, but I have no idea if WPS Office can open a "Zipped" Word File. Just PM me an email address to send it to, since this forum will not allow that size download here. Leaving for the gym soon, so it won't be until I get back this afternoon.

LAW IS NEITHER OBEYED DISOBEYED NOR BROKEN / AN EXISTENTIAL ONTOLOGICAL DISPROOF OF LAW

When are you going to learn to write? All that...….. just to say you think God is unfair?

    Fave version of Hallelujah :)

    Aw...…. Shucks.

    Fave version of Hallelujah :)

That hurts! LOL (I think the steel guitar hurts Nelson's rendition.)

    Fave version of Hallelujah :)

"Hallelujah", as I understand is also a universal word, in that almost all languages employ it.

    Fave version of Hallelujah :)

Leonard Cohen was a truly interesting person.

    Fave version of Hallelujah :)

Again, I am not sure, but I think this was his original. You can tell how much younger the voice sounds. (However, I like the gravely voice of the 1985 [I think it was] London version better.)

    Fave version of Hallelujah :)

I'm not positive of the number, but I think, over the years, Cohen, himself, made several versions.... not to mention all the versions other people made because Cohen was swindled out of the copyright protection by a guy I think was his "trusted" manager at the time. But, I agree, Cohen does it...

    Jack Van Impe Passed Away

Not my cup of tea, but he did do a lot of good work for the kingdom.

Do you seriously believe we are going to be confined to living within a constructed stone structure?

Anyone Up For A Bible Q&A!!

A person is not ignorant of Scripture simply because you interpret things differently than they do.

Anyone Up For A Bible Q&A!!

I'd really think hard before I made a statement like that last sentence. I don't think it's too accurate.

Anyone Up For A Bible Q&A!!

A woman who didn't even know Jesus, was healed just because she believed the pulling of the holy Spirit and trusted that she only had to touch His clothes. Was she baptized? Had she been a follower of any sort?

Anyone Up For A Bible Q&A!!

No, all I see is you employing your imagination and wishful thinking. How can we say we go by Scripture if we make claims that are not in Scripture anywhere?
