Ummmm...are you digging for something? Just because I don't want to know or see someone's regrets plastered up like a walking billboard doesn't mean that they are subjected to some form of discrimination by myself or anyone else.

Well they make them less ugly. Tattoos never turn out well...they fade, stretch and do all kinds of things that nobody wants them to. Everyone I know that has gotten them has eventually regretted getting them at some point.

Skills and training set the wages for the worker. As the two go up so do the wages. If it takes two years for a highly skilled person to actually finish training and learning a position... you don't want them lured away to another job paying more. So you pay what it takes to retain them...
