  1. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Per Malachi 3:1b, The Lord and [mal'ak], the same Son of God as pictured in Daniel, the same Messenger there whom Malachi says the Jews sought, was their Messiah. And He suddenly came to His temple when He came to earth in the body of a man. And as the 70 weeks of Daniel 9 shows, they esteemed...

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Good. Matthew 24:1-2 is talking about the fall (desolate) of the Old Testament congregation which the Lord's body represented. The rest of the Olivet Discourse refers to the fall of the New Testament congregation, the church, prior to the Second Coming, in a spiritual sense.

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Sounds like the Jews of Christ's day when they thought Christ was talking about a physical temple that takes 46 years to build. Similarly, in Matthew 24:1-2, the disciples thought that Christ was talking about the physical destruction of the temple and the city, but that was not what He meant...

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Agreed. There is only One Woman Congregation Israel with kingdom representative for the Old Testament congregation before the Cross, and the New Testament congregation after the Cross (hint: not 70AD). You need to understand that the promise/covenant (Abram and His Seed) is with God's people...
  5. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Of course. But only the chosen saints of the Old Testament and the New Testament in Christ.

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Word of God doesn't concur. Enough said. You remained refuted by my posts. Learn to deal with it with Scripture yourself next time. I am done here.
  7. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Again, not interested in the commentary. Where is YOUR OWN Scriptural refutation? If your best defense is to quote a man's opinion without actually refuting my post directly with your scripture knowledge, then perhaps you're not a Bible student after all.

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Frankly, I could care less about "traditional views" of men, as I have said here many times. In fact, I make it a point to say up-front that I don't follow any man's tradition, eschatology or otherwise. Be the traditions of Luther, Calvin, Matthew Henry, Adam Whatz-his-name, or any of the other...
  9. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

@covenantee Now the verse 27 show that Christ (the SAME messiah the prince in context) confirmed a new covenant with NEW TESTAMENT CONGREGATON, the church! It has to do with the whole New Covenant period from the Cross to the COnsummation! The period SYMBOLICALLY celebrate the week of the...
  10. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

@covenantee Here is my resposne to verse 26: This is the warfare spoken of in Daniel 9. This is the flood (overflowing) upon Israel of which at the end of it, desolations are determined. As it was written, and as Jesus said, 'Behold, your house is left unto you desolate!' Don't be misled by...
  11. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

(Continued from previous post) Matthew 23:37 "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that KILLEST the PROPHETS, and stonest them which are sent thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is...
  12. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Earlier, Covenantee asked me to interpret what the verse in black said. The problem is that the interpreation can't be done without understanding what the red says, too. So here I will respond but for tonight, starting with Daniel 9:24. Dan 9:24 (24) Seventy weeks are determined upon thy...
  13. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

I have explained Daniel 9:24-27 several times before. You neither read or remember. So you have assumed that I have not explained the second part of the verses you quoted, which is not true. Anyway, its late tonight as I just got home. So I will probably respond tomorrow morning. Have a...
  14. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Wrong-o. You have removed the part in red. Dan 9:26-27 (26) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end...
  15. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Of course, so were the Jewish leaders in Christ's day. And all those without spiritual discernment. I am on the phone and on my way to pickleball tonight. I will respond later. You should know that I have a life too. Sorry, you can't remove part of verses like this. Response later.
  16. TribulationSigns

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Handling the Word of God deceitfully is changing or corrupting the word by mixing it with humanism or worldly inventions, maybe even the babblings of Josephus, anything in order to make it acceptable to those who will not receive a divine interpretation directly from the Spirit in authority of...
