    The Half-Gospel.

We were never called to build churches. Jesus said "I will build MY church." So what are we building? We are to make disciples. But do we know what that looks like? Or are we so religious that we are unable to see beyond the physical world? The gospel, the kingdom and the church are spiritual...

    The Half-Gospel.

The gospel of today is but a half-gospel...taken from the bible...but not in complete form. There is a saved from...and a saved to. Saved from the world (Egypt)...to be saved to the kingdom walk (the Promised land). But people are taught that there is but one step into salvation...the saved...

If You Believe Your Denomination Is...

Agreed. God will send us to another church so that we see the human pattern of beliefs. We can let go of a previous error by seeing that there are somay ways to get it wrong. Will we then turn to God? Or will we accept the new form of error and latch onto that in the same way we did last time...

If You Believe Your Denomination Is...

Most people arrive at a certain system of beliefs because they are exposed to it from other people. It takes a VERY educated and open minded person to remain open doctrinally in order to see that what has been taught is just one way of seeing things. It would seem that few indeed will remain...

    With So Many Denominations...

yes...the inner man is our weak central person that Jesus came to save. We put on Christ (the new man) as our strength by entering INTO Him. Also called the armour of light. To be strong in Christ means we need to put off the power of the flesh...the old man..first. When we are weak then God...

John 3.16: Simple Gospel truth and profound theology

Whoever believes to where Jesus is (in Zion) ...has the same life He does...the eternal kind. Deep theology indeed. :)

    Romans 6:10—“Unto Sin”

You are speaking of a bible religion. The letter kills but the Spirit gives life. I'm speaking of a spiritual walk in Zion...a resurrection life kingdom walk. Look up some old preachers and you may find some reference to that.

    Romans 6:10—“Unto Sin”

How is one to know when they are seated in a heavenly place? How is one to know when God is pleased? How is one to know when someone is healed? How is someone to know when the dead are raised? Is it all just a philosophical belief?

    Romans 6:10—“Unto Sin”

This positional error is the basis of Western arrogance and presumption. One must experience the cross in Spirit and truth (for real) to reap the benefits of the life that the cross brings out in the follower of Christ. One does not appropriate a true spiritual accomplishment by a philosophical...

Prayer for my wife Christine and myself please.

Sorry to hear of this Mike. Praying for you both.

One of the biggest mistakes. -John 1:1

Jesus is one essence with the Father. Jesus came out of the Father. Jesus is revealed as the "word" from the OT...Yahveh or Jehovah. The "word" which IS God to us...and God WITH us. The Father is the Most High. God in the Son became one with His creation...thus allowing us to be part of God's...

    Prayer for Jordan Peterson

Jordan Peterson is an anomaly. He does the hard things without a lot of support...even hostility...from his colleagues. He is an honest man and righteous in his way. He lives his life as if there is a God. A lot of believers don't even have that kind of integrity anymore. He is an important...

    Saved to perish?

There is no combining of darkness and light. Fire brings light. You may have to think about it for awhile. Outer darkness has NOTHING to do with hell or the lake of fire. These are opposites.

    Saved to perish?

There is no "forever" in the verse. If it was meant to be so it would be written in. Unless you have a preference and wish to add in a length of time of your choice. But there are many other verses that say that the second death is final....dead. And many confuse the destiny of an eternal...

    Saved to perish?

You have found the only verse in the bible that may suggest that some people (who worship the beast) will be tormented forever (?) in the lake of fire. There are many possible outcomes at judgment. People will over-simplify there being only a heaven and a hell...which are places that are not...

    Saved to perish?

The second death has no torment in it. It is a death. But there is an eternal darkness reserved for they who have displeased the Lord among HIS people.
  17. Episkopos

    Saved to perish?

Actually outer darkness. A believer in Christ has passed from death to life. But there is no guarantee on what that life will be like. We reap as we sow.

WHAT IS THE SIN UNTO DEATH?

Until an act is committed in the physical realm the devil has nothing to show for it. So God sees the sin indeed. God sees our thoughts. So we still sin with the mind. But it is only as the sin is brought to maturity in the physical realm that it leads to death. God gives us a chance to change...

WHAT IS THE SIN UNTO DEATH?

A sin unto death is a sin that separates us from God. Like how Adam and Eve sinned in the garden. A sin pondered in the mind but not acted upon is not unto death...not until it is acted upon.

    The Decoy Gospel

“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20)
