Hebrews 1 indicates that by the Lord Jesus God 'also made the worlds'; John 1 says that, without the Word, 'was not anything made that was made'. So clearly Hebrews 1 and John 1 are speaking of the same Person. Hebrews 1 also says: 'And let all the angels of God worship Him'.

@Taken Placement matters a great deal; wrist often works as a discreet and yet potentially visible placement for a small witness tattoo that is a Christian fish sign <><, or Bible ref. or short quote, etc. It doesn't have to be big or in a summery, big bare skin type of placement.

Well, John 1 indicates that the Word was in the beginning with God (Who is indeed eternal).

@Waiting on him I don't think ppl need to think in terms of being jinxed by a tattoo or else being 'protected' by it.... A better outlook would possibly be along the lines of whether for example a faith based tattoo design - such as a Bible ref. or quote on a wrist, etc. - would pragmatically...

I think with regard to the Eternal Word, the beginning would be be in eternity past, hard thought that concept is to our finite minds...

Acts 16.14 speaks of Lydia, "whose heart the Lord opened". The context is also prayer and the proclaiming of the Biblical Gospel. In the end it is a work of God in the heart.
