Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

I don't want to see you get so skeptical that you no longer have the faith of a child. You can't receive without faith. Right now you've not allowed yourself access to the riches of 3/4 of the New Testament. That's a lot.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

Wow, you really ascribe a lot on to Paul that he doesn't deserve. That is too bad, for God hates scoffers.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

Just because Paul used to be a Pharisee, and even a Zealot, doesn't mean that Jesus couldn't call him out of that. Why can't you accept that? I used to be in a very legalistic denomination, and Jesus called me out of it, just like He did Paul.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

It is true that the Holy Spirit draws all men to repentance. But our free will comes into play as to whether to repent or not. You did it seems, and of your own free will. God loves you. He's not angry with you.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

You are right, there is a sin that is unforgivable, but Paul didn't commit it. Or do you believe he did?

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

As far as salvation goes, it doesn't matter what your past sin is, the blood of Jesus takes away the most grievous of sins, including murder. If you had to first be good enough for Jesus to save you, then your own works is needed for Jesus to accept you. Do you agree, or not?

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

So far, unless I missed it, I don't know what you believe Paul taught that was contrary to what Jesus taught. What in Paul's writings do you believe is heresy?

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

Right. It is what Jude called turning the grace of God into lasciviousness.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

I can agree to that. What I don't agree to is when some say the willful sins they commit aren't sin anymore.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

Yes, grace is the power of God given to us to cause us to obey. Smart lady.

Can Jesus and Paul be reconciled on the LAW?

What do you mean by proof readers? The verse talks about reproof, which means rebuke. The verse is also talking about what scripture does for us.

Isaiah 5:20-21 20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight!
