1. The Church is subordinate to the Word of God, and the Word of God is subordinate to God the Father. 2. The fact that the Church is "the pillar and ground of the truth" stems from its having issued from Christ, Who is the Truth--it is just another proof that she, and not Mary, is the New Eve.

The Church is subordinate to the Word of God. The Supreme Authority is God the Father, then Christ, then the Church.

Address the Scriptures provided you in the OP. I'm not interested in your context-rejecting straw-grasping.

You clearly did not read my reply (so I won't be reading yours here) : again, not all agree homosexuality is even a sin, and that was what this OP was about. Trust me, I wrote it.

Off-topic. That's not the question. The question is whether homosexuality is an affront to God, a sin, thus whether the two are compatible and whether a Christian should be permitted to continue walking in it or be told to repent. Not really the question. Oops! That's before faith in Christ...
