Much study is weariness of the flesh

All anointed Christians partake of both sir.

Where was the church at Babylon?

Of course we are not infallible sir, therefore we may be in error, but Jehovah's witnesses believe that Peter was in Babylon when he penned those 2 Bible books. I will say that most faiths believe Peter was never in Babylon, so I understand why you question it.

    'Good' in Genesis 1

I fully agree, did you mean to say Eve however? I seriously doubt she added to it, the Bible is vague in most details, especially in it's opening chapters John 21:25

Where was the church at Babylon?

Ooh, let me take a stab at it sir, is it in Babylon? Actually it was in Babylon. At the time it was written, Josephus recorded that many of Jehovah's people lived in Babylon in the first century.

Very informative teaching - Mark 4:10-20 - Curious?

That is why it is so important to check scripturally if what people are saying is true Acts 17:11

The great tribulation is rapidly approaching, survival depends on doing God's will Mat 7:21

Why are we sent Ron? You see sir, whether we are God's people or not, God does send people out to teach others. The Bible has been complete for centuries, yet we are sent out, why? Is it not to help others to understand what the Bible really teaches? Why did Jesus assign the faithful slave? If...

    Is Drinking a sin?

Do you honestly believe that God would allow a Christian to practice sin because he did not think it to be a sin? I sure don't.

    'Good' in Genesis 1

Evil came from free will maam. God could have made us robots, but He chose to make us in His image. Was it a mistake, or do you prefer that He gave us the privilege of choice?

    What is your hope in?

Hi Matt, the Bible teaches us that the gift that God gives is everlasting life by Jesus Christ our Lord. That is my hope for sure. That is the hope that is offered to every single individual who has ever lived; a wonderful hope indeed.

Matthew 28:19 – Trinity corrupted verse

Like many things in the Bible Keith, what is stated actually means something else. Being baptized in all their names is not actually possible as the holy spirit is not named in the Bible. It is in the Bible however so it must have a reason for being there, an important meaning for Christians...

The great tribulation is rapidly approaching, survival depends on doing God's will Mat 7:21

Thank you Ron for your kind comments sir, I like you as well and appreciate your sincerity. I truly hope you are right about God accepting multiple faiths, but I cannot see it scripturally. Let me assure you that you have not offended me sir, I prefer people to be honest and straightforward in a...

    Is Drinking a sin?

Inherently, man has a sense of right and wrong. That is a result of being made in the image of God. Our conscience however can become desensitized as we see clearly when some forbidden things are allowed into their faith. All of us know abortion and homosexuality is wrong, yet many who claim to...

The great tribulation is rapidly approaching, survival depends on doing God's will Mat 7:21

Truth is found in the Bible Ron, not anywhere else completely. Yes the Bible states the path of God's people is like the light that gets brighter and brighter until day dawns. Perhaps you misunderstand why that is in the Bible, but it is referring to knowledge. God's people have always had a...

    Is Drinking a sin?

I think you misunderstand the verse Marks, Paul would not eat anything that was offered to an idol, that is not allowed under Christian law, but he would eat something that comes from a meat market. You simply cannot worship God acceptably by the way you desire, unless of course your desire is...

The great tribulation is rapidly approaching, survival depends on doing God's will Mat 7:21

Yes sir, it is our interpretation, and we are either correct or not. Time will tell of course. One thing is undisputable, WW#1 happened in 1914 Ron. Yes we believe that Jesus is Michael the highest angel based off of evidence found in God's word. And we do not believe the holy spirit is a...

    Is Drinking a sin?

No sir, drinking is not a sin. Drunkenness is however, and a certified alcoholic would definitely abstain. I have seen several post things like if you believe something is a sin, then it is a sin for you, I do not believe that to be true. God's standards are exacting, He is not partial, what is...

    The First Condition of salvation

Jehovah is a just God, and He selected a just King who will do the judging, I guess we will have to wait and see the actual judgment to see how it will play out. I see it like you almost, I wouldn't use the term prejudged, but do believe that those who never seek Him will be judged unfavorably...

The great tribulation is rapidly approaching, survival depends on doing God's will Mat 7:21

We believe Jesus' presence began in 1914, better worded as his receiving his crown, or installed as King. We were far from understanding it at that time, but it is rather clear today. Jesus crowning went unobserved by most of the world sir, but his return will be known by all alive.

'I Must be about My Father's Business' (Luke 2:49)

The key is found in the words walk in him maam. That is an action word. Our actual assignment given to us by Jesus is found at Mat 28:19,20. Christians have been and will be engaged in that work until Mat 24:14 is fulfilled to God's satisfaction.
