In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

Yes, but this is irrelevant in relation to there being any gaps in the 70 weeks. The prophecy says that 70 weeks were determined to fulfill the six things listed in Daniel 9:24 and gives no indication whatsoever of there being any gaps during the determined time period.

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

LOL. It is foolish to rely on your human wisdom the way you do. You clearly have no understanding of what Paul wrote about here... 1 Corinthians 2:9 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God...

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

There is no logic here whatsoever. There is nothing there which indicates that the destruction of the city and the sanctuary had to occur within the 70th week. That comes from your imagination. The destruction of the city and the sanctuary was a consequence of the Jews rejecting the Messiah...

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

LOL. There is no indication in the prophecy whatsoever that there would be any gaps in it. It says 70 weeks, which most of us agree is 490 years, were determined to complete the six things listed in Daniel 9:24. Your view has it as around 2,500 years that were determined to fulfill the prophecy...

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

My understanding does not come from "the wisdom of men", so don't go there.

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

So, why would you ask him that when you know he would not answer yes to that ridiculous question? Daniel 9:26-27 is about the physical destruction of Jerusalem and the temple buildings. The consummation refers to the consummation of that event. Why do you feel the need to make it about anything...

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

Douggg, you are not even able to understand elementary things for some reason. You understand that the 62 weeks follow the first 7 weeks, don't you? So, when it says after the 62 weeks the Messiah is cut off, it really means He is cut off after the first 69 weeks. That places His death after the...

The coming of the Lord ushers in the end

You are the one who doesn't understand context or the meanings of words. Jesus saying that He was coming quickly in Revelation has nothing to do with how long it was going to be until He came. The Greek word means very fast or immediately and He did not come immediately after the book of...

The coming of the Lord ushers in the end

Yes, I pointed out Luke 18:8 in another post. Because of the mass falling away and the restraint of wickedness being removed, as Paul wrote about in 2 Thessalonian 2, that shows that there would be a relative lack of faith on the earth when He returns. I don't think just 8 people in the world...

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

You are trying to say that the 3 things you believe were fulfilled in Daniel 9:24 (making an end of sins, finishing the transgression, making reconciliation for iniquity) were fulfilled during the 69th week just before it ended? If so, that's impossible. Those things were fulfilled by the death...

Does Understanding Eschatology Prove You Are Saved?

Sure, just ignore the passage Paul referenced in Romans 9:12 then (Genesis 25:21-23). Context clearly means nothing to you, as you prove over and over again. LOL. External people? Is Matthew 12:30 in your Bible? Jesus said that anyone who is not with Him is against Him. Like dispensationalists...

    "TIME NO LONGER" (Revelation 10:6)

That's not plain language at all. It's gibberish. What do you mean that the seventh trumpet "sounds the seventh day of God"? Where is that ever mentioned in scripture? Once the seventh trumpet sounds when Jesus returns then it will be time for those who destroy the earth to be destroyed and for...

    "TIME NO LONGER" (Revelation 10:6)

Wrong. Paul made it clear that the order of bodily resurrections was Christ's first and next in order are those who are Christ's at His second coming. All of the dead in Christ will be bodily resurrected at the same time when Jesus comes in the future. Not "every man in his own time". That's not...

    "TIME NO LONGER" (Revelation 10:6)

Much of scripture, which is all inspired by the Holy Spirit, is clear and straightforward. What reason do you have to try to be mysterious? None. Just speak plainly. There's no reason not to. You're not the Holy Spirit. You have no reason to speak in parables. If you want people to understand...

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

If you read the next verse after John 7:38, you can see that the living waters represent the Holy Spirit. John 7:39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

In Daniel 8, 11, and 12, is A4E meant? Or is a future anti-christ meant?

It's unbelievable that we have to explain such a simple concept that we understood as kids to Douggg. But, I think he already knows this and is purposely being dishonest with the text in order to get it to fit his doctrine since that's all that really matters to him. Dealing with scripture...

    The last hour

You have no understanding of spiritual things and I feel sorry for you. Ask God for wisdom (James 1:5-7).
  18. Spiritual Israelite

    The last hour

Eventually, yes, Christ's followers will inherit eternal bodily life. But, right now, His followers are spiritually dead to sin and spiritually alive in Him. If you can't understand that, then you need to ask God for wisdom so that you can (James 1:5-7).
  19. Spiritual Israelite

    The last hour

Where is eternal life mentioned before verse 22? Nowhere. So, this is a very weak argument. Paul didn't start changing the context to eternity until verse 22. Why would Paul contrast eternal life with temporal death? That makes no sense whatsoever. Tell me, how does one gain the hope of eternal...

    The last hour

Just stating again how you interpret it is not a case of addressing how I interpret it. You are ignoring what I said about how it should be interpreted without addressing that at all and just again sharing how you interpret it. You clearly have no idea about how discussions like this should...
