What do you think about when you hear the Wrath of God?

When we read the word 'judgement' we assume God has a negative attitude towards 'sinners' because we have a negative attitude toward sinners. God's judgement is in fact liberation ...one of forgiveness. Negative judgement is one of our own doing.......we reap as consequence of choices...

What do you think about when you hear the Wrath of God?

Romans 1:18-32 define it as 'giving them over' ie, respecting their choices and not hindering the consequences of them. The expression, 'giving them over' appears three times; v24, v26 and v28. Another way of saying it is, men push God's protection away leaving them open to the consequences of...

If you don't Believe and like Prosperity you won't like Heaven.

I see.....then the opulence modelled by the system you defend and promote has missed the point, even given it the finger?

Christians are not under the New Covenant

What? you don't see the operative principle of the doctrines peddled by the RCC?.....the principles of domination even in your own explanations?

What is the purpose for the judgment of God?

The part presented by God is overwhelmingly more gobsmacking than what we see. Ego is constantly on our heels for self sabotage. If it is not awe inspiring wonder which captivates us about God's revelation; if the anatomy of a hand is mistaken for a caress; if the best we can come up with is...

Christians are not under the New Covenant

what I see is a ratcheting up of the language....slipping in the words 'demands' and 'must' That's the style of the RCC system......coming in as a 'lamb', yet as they can get away with it (on a global scale), the roaring of a lion is present ......using whatever coercion works. This is being...

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

I'm not sure what you're implying however what is clear from the record we have is that the Jesus event was extraordinary.....for the sole purpose of revealing God. One can however take that information and distort it either because one misses the point or one has nefarious designs.

    Fundamentalist Christianity is fear-based?

Unfortunately this is the prevalent view.....all because there is a distorted view of Jesus. Men have made God in their own image!

    Australian federal election

I wonder what the party is called where Jesus seats us around the table, puts on an apron and serves us?

    The Strangest Dream

The thing is with many dreams, it's possible to morph them anyway which fits our paradigm.
