    Should I be rebaptised?

Thanks Pearl. Did you develop this opinion on your own or did someone else influence you into this opinion? Mary

    Should I be rebaptised?

You have made it clear that what the CC teaches is wrong; it is not the truth. Since you KNOW it is not the Truth you MUST know the truth. That is called logic!!! Sooooo if you take it as an "insult" to ask you to reveal the Truth to everyone else by writing that Truth in a book......You don't...

    Should I be rebaptised?

Hi, I thought you were a spiritual leader or Guru since you KNOW that I follow a false teaching and that I and all the men that wrote the doctrines of the CC lack understanding of Christian doctrine? You KNOW there are 66 books of the bible; not 73. Are you not trying to lead me away from the...

The Book of James, an opinion

An opinion... James states, “Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? (James 2:21 KJV). James thinks Abraham was not justified in Genesis 15 or 17, but much later in Genesis 22, when he offered up Isaac. We know the Judaizers were...

    Should I be rebaptised?

Thank you for the question Pearl. If one received a Trinitarian baptism then they do not need to be re-baptized when changing denominations. Does that answer your question? Mary

    Should I be rebaptised?

Thank you tzcho. Since you KNOW the Truth of all these things please write a catechism and reveal what you KNOW to the rest of the world so we may become as enlightened as you are. Mary

    Has anyone changed their mind...?

Thank you Taken. I guess I have miss-understood what you have said. Now I am not sure what you believe. I don't recall ever saying that scripture said that the Apostles were baptized with water soooo not sure were you are going with that line of questioning.... Scripture makes it clear that...

    Should I be rebaptised?

Thank you Pearl. I love bible study. Jesus said: Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicode’mus, who was a smart man, couldn't figure out what being "born again" meant so he asked Jesus: “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a...

    Should I be rebaptised?

Hi enoch, If we are not supposed to use H20 then why did the Apostles teach the use of H20? Mary

    Roman Catholicism

Hmmmmm......You previously made it clear to another member of this forum that they are confused about Gods plan of salvation. We really CAN'T answer some of these You have made it clear to me that the men of the CC who set forth doctrines/dogmas/beliefs for the members of The Church don't have...

    Should I be rebaptised?

Dear dear Stranger......YOU are the one who suggested that the Church "is composed of all born-again believers". I simply want to know what YOU believe "born again" means. Instead you want to be sarcastic and condescending. I am not sure what form of Christianity you are following but I don't...

    Roman Catholicism

This is a Protestant thread. Any thread that puts down the clear teachings of the CC and promotes the unclear teaching of Protestantism is by it's nature a Protestantism thread. To obfuscate is to be unclear or confusing....That is Protestantism. ;) @Enoch111 and I agree that the CC is...

    Roman Catholicism

I agree with you.....the CC teachings have clarity. I will stick with clarity instead of the lack of clarity and veracity of the 500 year teaching of Protestantism. Since you seem to know that the CC does not have veracity who's teaching does? Curious Mary

    Has anyone changed their mind...?

Thank you taken. For you to say you are aware of Jesus teaching and then suggest water baptism was not practiced by Jesus or his apostles shows that you are not aware.... Baptism in the NT, and in 1st century AND 2nd century AND 3rd century historical writings/practices of Christians IS water...

    Should I be rebaptised?

    Should I be rebaptised?

I agree, there is only ONE meaning of being born again that has been taught for 2,000 years.....being baptized with water. Wikipedia was only a reference for all the various beliefs of different churches soooo not sure what you mean by it helping me o_O

    Should I be rebaptised?

Hey Stranger, There are different definitions/criteria of being "born again". Which definition are you referring to? Born again - Wikipedia Curious Mary

    Has anyone changed their mind...?

I have not had the opportunity to baptize anyone and no one has asked me to baptize them. When given the opportunity to I will fulfill His commandment. You? Mary

    Has anyone changed their mind...?

I guess I didn't make myself clear....for that I apologize. As you stated there are two baptisms with water talked about in Scripture. The only one that matters to us Christians, 2000 years later, is the Trinitarian baptism with water taught by Jesus and the Apostles. I hope this clears up...
