I would remove the when.. If we only literally interpret when we can prove it was fulfilled.. Then prophecy in my view has no purpose.. anyone can make prophecy say whatever they want it to say But there is actually a way to prove or know when the event took or takes place. when it happens...

Sin, in its most basic term, means what the greek word means. to fall short. to miss the mark.
