God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

It's clear you are opposed to the Sabbath Curtis. It beats my why such a simple request to remember it generates so much opposition.

What is the book of Revelation really about?

What is the book of Revelation really about? It is letting us in on the various forces operating on the stage and behind it so we can track history's run and know where we are in the timeline....and identify the issues which make up the great controversy being played out.

    How to pray

Keep in mind that telling God what he should do and treating him like Santa Claus is primitive. Being thankful however for the blessings you have, for his protection and his forgiveness, for his great gift of Salvation and guidance, changes the way you see and hear.

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

I suppose now that you are not under the law as you say, you can lie with a beast and not be put to death. Ohh dear, at least you cannot say you are ignorant of the law.

God changed Seventh Day Sabbath Worship to First Day of the Week

The day of rest comes from Eden not Sinai. Marriage also comes from Eden. Don't bust a marriage by adultery and don't forget to remember the day of rest God put aside from the other days of the week.....what for? ...for refreshment and honour. When the question arises, why do you keep the...

perhaps you can tell me about 'appeasing God's wrath'?

    The Journey in the Wilderness

Jesus forgave with no precedence....no lambs, no baptism, no repentance. He forgave because he loved. Only one who loves holds no account of wrongs.....all else becomes 'payment' ...and payment, it is not love .....love is gratuitous, it does not set a bar to jump over. Let's use this to...

Christ only died for past sins...

Missionaries who go to remote corners of the heathen world.....what do they tell people? Isn't it the good news that their sins are forgiven....isn't it that God does not count their trespasses against them.....isn't it that they are loved....and love does not keep a record of wrongs as 1...

    The Journey in the Wilderness

The Priests said the forgiveness is through sacrifice John the Baptist said forgiveness is by repentance and baptism...no slain lambs needed Jesus forgave before he was asked....nothing needed....even before people repented eg, the woman caught in adultery, the paralytic lowered through the...

    The Journey in the Wilderness

Soooo, God is that mad he needs his wrath appeasing by killing? Is that the picture Jesus portrays of God?....an angry God who needs appeasing? I know that is the picture people have of the Gods of this world but the God of Jesus is hardly in line with this? or have we superimposed our desire...

    Lake of Fire, Purpose

The fire consumes till the fuel is gone. 'Everlasting' is a figure of speech.....we even use it today, eg, the firemen said, we couldn't put the fire out; it burnt forever. Does that mean it is still burning today? of course not. It also tells us it is the Earth that will be destroyed by fire...

    The 144,000 in Revelation 7

144 is symbolic just as 12 is. Here is an example re numbers being symbolic....the 4 angels standing at the 4 corners of the earth holding back the 4 winds. Firstly, the Earth has no corners; it is a globe not a cube therefore 4 representative of North, South, East and West, in other words...

    Lake of Fire, Purpose

So once everything is consumed there is nothing left, subsequently nothing more to consume. This clearly tells us the fate of the wicked.

    Lake of Fire, Purpose

the question can be asked; what is the ultimate purpose of fire? Is it not to consume? to destroy that which it touches? If the whole world were ablaze, would not the term 'lake of fire' be apt?
