@Naomi25 1 Corinthians 15 is a glorious passage indeed! and l love how the victory in verse 57 is linked with the 'Therefore...' in verse 58, where Paul exhorts his readers to be steadfast and always abounding in the work of the Lord, because our labour is not in vain in Him. :)

I think I'm probably done with this exchange; we are such a long way apart, it seems.

Salvation is "not of works" (Ephesians 2.9). This is what reliance on the grace of God is all about. Philippians 2 tells us that 'it is God that worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure'.
