Rebuking error has nothing to do with hate JD. If the rebuke is rejected, if the error is justified and maintained God will deal with it. Hate manifests in belittling the one doing the rebuking in a dozen ways.... and elevating self.

It's necessary to discern between the wisdom of the world which promotes the treasures of this world and the wisdom which is from God which Paul tells us in Romans is the crucified Jesus. The two travel opposed directions yet the former insists it's traveling the same direction. That's slippery...

I don't think anyone finds illness desirable but death, in particular that of a believer is more a thing to be celebrated than mourned. For the person involved it is a release....an end of suffering.
