If OSAS is false, then what?

if I may Does God keep his promises? If he WAS saved, Yes, He is still saved because God promised he had eternal life. Do we know every sin we commit on a given day. How many sins do we commit we either did not know they were sin, or forgot because we were so busy with life? if asking...

If OSAS is false, then what?

I doubt any of us would be alive if that was the case.. if we are honest.

If OSAS is false, then what?

if its grace it is not of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace, A concept which seems foreign to far to many people.

If OSAS is false, then what?

For god so loved the world he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him will NEVER PERISH, but HAS ETERNAL LIFE.. - No if attached. when it comes to the gospel. There are no ifs because we can not meet any requirements which would allow God to pass over our sin.

If OSAS is false, then what?

This shows a lack of understanding of eternal security and why a person is led to grow in christ not sin. OSAS is not a license to sin. A person who thinks sin is ok or not hurtfull has never repented.. They can preach OSAS all they want. They have not repented.. if they did. they would not...

If OSAS is false, then what?

read the verse. what is the basis of continuing in faith. the knowledge they HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. Its not our faith that keeps us believing, it is the knowledge we have eternity in hand, and eternity is forever, it can not be lost

If OSAS is false, then what?

You can not lose salvation period. Claiming one can lose salvation by abandoning faith is just another way to say we must earn salvation. Its really no different than saying we can sin ourselves out of salvation. It places the onus on eternity on the person. Not on God. 1 John defeats this...

If OSAS is false, then what?

Nah, Satan would never say that. He wants people to lack faith and trust in God. Nosas was created by him.

    6 Rituals In Christianity

John 3: 5 is not baptism. Jesus did not mention baptism once in John 3.

If OSAS is false, then what?

1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. How can we KNOW we have it if OSAS is not true How can we continue to believe if OSAS is...

If OSAS is false, then what?

Amen Paul did not say work for salvation. He said work out the salvation you have. Sadly many have moved words and made paul say something he never said

If OSAS is false, then what?

Where did Jesus say if we try our best not to sin, and pray for forgiveness everyday he will give us eternal life? Just asking

If OSAS is false, then what?

this is what the law says. Are you saying we are back under the law?
  14. Eternally Grateful

If OSAS is false, then what?

Actually. one could say NOSAS is satanic. As it not only takes peoples focus of God and places it on self. It calls God a liar.
  15. Eternally Grateful

If OSAS is false, then what?

please explain. What is the difference between someone who acknowledges something is sin and he deserves judgment for that sin. and those who either do not acknowledge their sin, or claim that if they just say they are sorry or confess it. they are ok?

    6 Rituals In Christianity

If baptism is a statement of a Christian's faith., then why should an infant be baptized? This one always did confuse me, I had my children sprinkled (not baptized) but it was me making an open proffession to the church I would raise my kids knowing God finally. Question, where does holy...

    Assurance of salvation.

I think I see, Seriously though. I am not sure how a person who became bankrupt in spirit like the tax collector did. because he truly repented and had true saving faith was as you say sincere? did they really believe they were sinners and worthy of eternal damnation or did they think they...
