Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Naomi25 It's probably got a lot to do with where ppl live, rather than to moral objections to them. In some areas they are hugely widespread. As GodsGrace said, If the truth is known, many inked up ones are possibly very conservative, actually. I read about a Hollywood producer who wanted...

    Shall we discuss this?

@Emma Kim I guess this would be logical, particularly if your first language is English....

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Naomi25 I guess a bit like @VictoryinJesus , above, if the inking does suddenly appear on her, don't be shocked; or maybe stated differently, learn to hide your initial shock....

    John Darby

Well, Darby's sentences are known to go off at a tangent also...frequently. :)

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Naomi25 Well, persevere in the sanctuary before the Throne for her; I'm sure you do. Whether or not she gets inked is in the end pretty insignificant in the universal scheme of things. So many of her age do, though.

I've not been, but I'm thinking for example of the sun on Ayer's Rock/Uluru or on the Olgas, crossing the watershed in the Great Dividing Range, the Great Barrier Reef...truly unique..... :)

    What do you enjoy?

@Josho Well, prayerful Bible reading and testimony must sure come at the top of any list; but I guess you were referring to other things as well? :)

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Naomi25 Yes, it really lies in the deep, well-springs of motive as to whether such a tattoo is received for others to see or as a personal reminder, doesn't it? :)

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@michaelvpardo Maybe if you yourself had received inking - I'm assuming you haven't - you would feel somewhat differently from what your post says.

    What Is A Dispensation For?

@soul man My own understanding would be basically dispensational. A thoughtful OP, thank-you.

@VictoryinJesus ...you have finally come to love even — now after much soul searching —your daughter's tattoos? :)

‘Renewed’ after the image of him who created him...

@VictoryinJesus I do love the name JEHOVAH-ROPHI - I am the LORD that healeth thee.

How many have ever changed their minds...

@michaelvpardo "For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent." A verse which has sometimes seen attempts to link it with the lost tribes of Israel. For my part, I don't see how the church fits in directly.

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@michaelvpardo Small ones are not necessarily costly at all; the true cost is in their commitment to permanence. There is a sense in which if the design is faith based reflects a truly deep-seated conviction, the permanence aspect is thus to a considerable extent taken care of.
