Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

Acts 20:28 says nothing about the trinity. Just because a verse mentioned the 3 does not mean they are all God and you have to believe 1 = 3 to be saved and they are all co-eternal, co-substantial and co-equal. Rather, it says God worked through his Spirit and his Son. Simple and simply not an...

How did Moses get the 10 Commandments; from an angel or directly from God?

    The Sinless Human

I think there is confusion between being free to sin with having freedom from sinning. Without Christ, we have only compulsion to sin, are a slave to sin. This weekend, my friend angered me and I don’t think I was the best representative of Christ I could be. I actually prayed about it quite a...

You say this repeatedly but it is patently not true. Government issue commandments all the time.

The Only True God, the God of Jesus Christ.

Indeed, the most dramatic syntax proving Jesus is not God for only things that are 'in the form of' are explicitly not what that form is. For instance, a ceramic vase in the form of a bear, is not a bear. Continuing with this most dramatic linguistic analysis, only one is NOT God would...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

I find it profoundly disturbing that trinitarians place their 4th century manmade doctrine as an obstacle to bringing people to Christ. A few months ago, our recently retired pastor gave a sermon talking about how simple Christ's message is: Follow me. She pointed out that he did not put...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

I really don't know what point you are trying to make. Jesus said the most important command is the Sh'ma. To love God with all your heart is not the way God would talk about himself. That is Jesus did not say he is God and people should pray to him and love him with all your heart but this...

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

David was worshipped. The Hebrew word is worship. Just not all trinitarian translations honestly translate words that undermine their doctrine - and substitute it with prostrate, bow, etc. Bethsabee bowed herself, and worshipped the king. 1 Kings 1:16 (DRA, JUB, WYC)

We and God are also one. John 17:22. Doesn't make us God any more than Jesus.

The Bible does not say this. You just replace the word of God with your own tradition.

Unresponsive to the point of Trinitarians desperately trying to justify their doctrine by equating a WHAT (word) with a WHO.

Scriptures that trinitarians Don't Want You to Know About - #5, Book of Acts

This thread is about how the Book of Acts undermines trinitarianism. Don't try to change the subject. This shows trinitarianism does not bring out the fruit of the Spirit. Trinitarians falsely equate being worshipped as proof of God. It is not. David was worshipped and that did not make him God.

I trust you realize you are NOT sticking to what is in the Bible here but constructing some kind of synthesis - for the purposes of supporting an doctrine that is NOT explictly taught in the Bible. Otherwise, you'd simply quote that one verse.
