Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

Have you ever prepared a paper on the differences and the texts? I'd like to read it. Good night

Did you read my response to you on page 7, #140?

Poll: Best age for first tattoo?

Yes, makes perfect sense. Good night.

Poll: Best age for first tattoo?

I've heard it is a very painful area. Also the small of the back for some reason.

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

I can only tell you my own experience. I was in church for 30 years without any power to not sin. And out of ritual, not true repentance, I would ask God to forgive me of my sins. God knows the heart. I was in church, unsaved, and not born again of the Spirit. Then one night at church, 42 years...

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

You are half right. We really need to truly repent once. But that is only for past sins. If you truly repented, Jesus will give you power to not sin in the present or future by giving you His sinless Holy Spirit. Paul says, if you willfully sin after being sanctified you have gone back to being...

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

A false doctrine has been around for centuries. I'm sorry, but you have been caught in its snare. Ask yourself a question. What was the purpose of Jesus dying for us? Was it just to save us from the punishment of lawless sin, or to free us from committing willful sin, itself?

And the challenge was bold color, so he couldn't go easy. I guess the trick is in such cases, do a hard one pass, rather than too many thin layers of ink.

Poll: Best age for first tattoo?

Personally, I though he had the best tattoo of the night! But he had the shin to work with. Thinner skin and over bone, so he got ripped for it because of trauma to the thin skin. What did they expect? It looked great and the client was happy. It will be fine when healed.

Poll: Best age for first tattoo?

Yes, I watched it tonight, but they didn't send the worst tat home in my opinion.

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

Well, just like in Romans 7 you are teaching that we need to try to overcome sin in our own power. WRONG! Can't be done.

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

Both Romans 7 and 1 John 1:8 are not Christians. Common mistake. Too common, in fact. Doesn't anyone read in context anymore? The same word for sin is used in 1 John 5:16-17 for sins unto death, and sins NOT unto death. It takes study to learn the difference. Most translations of Luke 11:2-4...

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

farouk, Read Romans 11. The Church started with Jews, and then Gentiles were added, because of the abundance of Jews that rejected Christ, and the Jews were punished with partial blindness. But there will come a day when the last Gentile that is numbered to come into the Church is at an end, and...

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

Matthew 5:20 20 For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. You honestly think Jesus means being free to SIN??? And you seem proud of that. You have no idea of the power of the Holy...

Yes, I'm shocked that you would believe such nonsense.

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

I'm glad you said "trespasses." What 1 John 3:9 actually means is a Christian can no longer commit sins of lawlessness (1 John 3:4). That is the real context of that passage 1 John 3:3-9. But a Christian is still able to commit trespasses, though can grow out of them. Do you know the difference...

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

The work has to be done. But not by our carnal flesh, but by the Spirit of God who empowers us. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Is Dispensationalism a valid way to interpret scripture?

So even if you murdered someone, you are sin-less? John 8:32-36 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” 33 They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” 34 Jesus answered...
