Pray tell, what would refute the Trinitarian interpretation in your estimation? 'For Us, There is One God, the Father.' 1 Corinthians 8:6

For free will believers out there

Is that your mission, to stomp out evil? Where is that in the Bible?

For free will believers out there

Just to clarify your position. Are you that sexist that you are OK with the subjugation of men? There is a divine order and human beings, neither men nor women are on top. 3 But it is important that you understand this about headship: the Anointed One is the head of every man, the husband is...

For free will believers out there

Great question! And thanks for starting this thread. (I avoided the other one, mostly if not entirely) IMO, the dilemma is rooted in why one should seek salvation. Although raised a Catholic, as a young man I turned my back on Christianity, in part due to this reason. My Catholic friends could...

    The Case Against the Trinity

You do not have to be God - or claim to be God - to be guilty of blasphemy. Regarding the last verse, 'you will know that the Father is in Me, and I am in the Father;' that is the fate of us all. We are all children of God. Jesus is but the 1st fruits as it says in John 10:23.

No. John 1:1 has been debunked as supporting trinitarianism over and over again.

A Christian who deny Jesus is God in Flesh

Why do Christians reject Jesus is God in the flesh? They have good reasons, MANY good reasons. For instance, consider Christianity's end game. NOTE: Who is not to be put under the feet of the Anointed? Not 'the Father.' God, in his unitarian nature. If Jesus were God, even part of a trinitarian...

A Christian who deny Jesus is God in Flesh

Justbyfaith, Why do Christians deny Jesus is God in Flesh? Is this question asked in the search for knowledge or just a device to attack those who have different beliefs from you? Wrangler

A Christian who deny Jesus is God in Flesh

You do know that "can be" is merely a potential, right? A false trinitarian God.

Does this make Peter also God? If not, why not?

I think I've already shown you this several times already. Where is the sacred “context” of John 1 that makes Jesus the word??? It does not exist. It's pure 4th century man-made doctrine.

I read fine. 'and their successors' is not in the text. As you said in your other post, Jesus is our teacher. Jesus is our only mediator to God. We don't need the church. 1 Corinthians 11:3 does not include church in the hierarchy.

That’s your Appeal to Strawman to the Word is Alive, that we have to be instructed?! The HS of God is not an adequate teacher?!

Ridiculous. Peter is just a man and a dead one at that. Not too much work so dead men do.

LOL. My position is the Word of God is alive. Once you wrap your mind around that, recognize it’s powerful figurative language is not only true in context but out of context, put into the context of a living believer. The pastor of my Bible Study was fond of quoting the 1st 4 words of the...

A Christian who deny Jesus is God in Flesh

You do like to do laps on ground already covered. A person or being is not a word; this is how I know the passage is figurative. See Brick House by the Commodores. A gal is not a brick house. Therefore, figurative. You are reading into the text of my post what is not there. The proper way to...

This reminds me of the Europeans who bought Long Island New York for ~$15 in beads. For a long time, many condemned the natives for undervaluing the property. Turns out, the did not own the land they 'sold.' A church selling salvation is like that.

I'll trust my own experience with the HS, the pastor and Saint Augustine over your authority. Thanks!

Who is : The Original Bible Corrector

Any and all variants of Lord/lord (lowercase) are not God’s name. I was not looking for occurrences but how many different people or beings that title applies to. Again, lord Moses. Lord Joseph. Not too many people give credit where credit is due.
