The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

A believer repents before he is saved, repenting of being a sinner is just one aspect of that repentance, the law shows we are guilty, when we repent, we admit that guilt but there are other aspects of true saving repentance. As for James, He is speaking to hearers of the word. Not doers...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

I think we have shown and seen all the works the Roman Church teaches one must do to earn their salvation. So time to move on from that, we will never convince bread of life he has yet to eat fro the true bread of life, so moving on.... time to get back to the op. so where did the OP destroy...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Thank you you just proved the Roman church teaches works (see red) there is nothing really more to add, your church teaches that faith in God is just the beginning, what Paul calls “beginning in the spirit”. After this you are required to continually work to earn or maintain this thing God...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

lol. Your funny man Yes, it is the NT version of the jewish system which crucified Christ. because they did not need christ, they had the law..It is not the fulfillment of the jewish system. if it was. It would follow the NT church, not resemble more of the OT false church. Alot to learn? I...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

wow this thread turned! Want to see a vision of the roman church look at OT jewish system they are basically identical. the only differences are the laws and traditions they follow. Both are a works based, sacramental system of traditions and laws. Both claim history proves they are right...

    2 Thessalonians 1:8

No they are not they are two events in a persons life one saves the sound eternally and leads to the anointing of the spirit one is the act of a good conscious towards God and is either a fruit of righteousness for one who has been baptized by Gods or a fruit of the flesh for someone who has...

    Salvation Through Baptism ???

We are saved because we are baptized by God himself into Christ and his death (Rom 6) We are saved because we have been baptized with the spiritual circumcision done by the hand of God (Col 2 We are saved because we have been baptized with then baptism christ was baptized with (the cross) We are...

    2 Thessalonians 1:8

Wrong if it was Jesus would have said when he told Nicodemus how to be born again. That God gave his only son that whoever believes in him and is baptized in water will never die. But has eternal Life the absence of the word baptism anyplace in the passage destroys your argument
  17. Eternally Grateful

    2 Thessalonians 1:8

In John 3 jesus told nicodemus how to be born again (John 3:16) no mention of baptism in John 6, jesus told us how to live forever, never die, by ever hunger or thirst, and be assured you will raise again how? 1. eat the food which endures to eternal life 2. eat the bread fro heaven 3. Earth...

Not by works - but by faith

He says hades will cast into the lake of fire. The Greek word used in rev is hades. Hell comes from the Greek word gahenna and I saw Tartarus in another passage concerning the flood

Being Banned from so called Christian Foruns

I used to think the same then I studied Noah’s flood, I am no longer a gap theorist, I believe the flood answers about all questions science asks. And that God created the heavens and earth (the physical world) for his creation, mankind, and this created it in an aged state
