More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

Well, I'm sure your daughter would tell you more about how interesting a profession it is and about the skills which are developed to be able to use the tattooing equipment. So is she still considering it as a career? (or work sideline, etc.)

Should Christians not participate in Halloween?

Sounds like you guys have some interesting, Scriptural discussions; God bless you both! :)

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

PS: @Sabertooth Yes, piercing should be a thoroughly satisfying professional experience; often available in a parlor context; FYI:

    My New Life

The fact that it was a new tomb - supplied by Joseph of Arimathea - is so important; death and contagion had no hold whatsoever upon the Lord Jesus.

@Waiting on him Another, by tattoo expert Batel Skater:

Should Christians not participate in Halloween?

Jeremiah 8.20 also came to mind: "The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved."

    My New Life

@Naomi25 I think in the gamut of contrast between the old and the new, spiritually, it comes across most starkly in Ephesians 2, in the first few verses.

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@Naomi25 ...which kind of begs the question of the increasing viability of tattoo parlor work, for Christians with a flair for work, I guess (hence the poll and discussion, if this makes sense?)

    ROMANS 4:6 IMPUTED RIGHTEOUSNESS

There is both a positional and conditional aspect to sanctification. In the Epistles Paul addresses believers as sanctified - this is positional. There is also the daily work of sanctification in the believer's life.

Should Christians not participate in Halloween?

The fall will be over soon, before we know it.... :)

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@aspen I guess this is all quite subjective, right? For example, would you have disliked the same ink if it was on a man in the same placement? (I guess it goes to show just how prevalent the demand for ink services is; hence the poll and discussion, maybe...)

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@Waiting on him The now thoroughly well established entry of women into the tattoo scene has undoubtedly contributed to the widespread use of more colorful ink in many designs; I agree. And I'm sure your daughter has done her part, right? made her own contribution, so to speak.

My wife would enjoy it; she loves pumpkin flavor... :)

PS: As regards spiritual armor, it's all figurative anyway. For example, armor as ink is all figurative also, but very effective; e.g., FYI: pinterest dot com

@Sabertooth You're right; in the context, in a visual representation of the figurative armor of light it's quite consistent for the leg/thighs not to be encumbered.

Is there salvation outside the Catholic Church?

You refer to Isaiah 55: great chapter; I was recently reading it in French.
