    The cycle of abuse

Reminds me of what the tattoo artist said to her impatient client: "No worries; I'm only skin deep, also."

What's the weather like where you are?

Great photo! I was referring to your poor son-in-law, already taking all those pills (as do I also). :)

    Why are you here?

I have read Spurgeon and some of Andrew Murray to profit; I've heard of but am not directly familiar with the others.

What's the weather like where you are?

My wife and I seem to take so many pills these days...the weather doesn't seem to make much difference...

    Dispensationalism

I would indeed see it to be connected with the church, actually.

Is infant baptism from the Bible?

By God's grace, yes; in some local churches there is understandable reticence to baptize by immersion before there is a reasonably mature age in the person.

Is infant baptism from the Bible?

I was not an adult when I look at the time I truly believed, so I can understand, in places that immerse, a tendency to wait until the person is of a more responsible age.

    Who likes short hair?

It does take work sometimes to keep it pared down and short enough. (My wife and I should own shares in the place we go to frequently!)

Is infant baptism from the Bible?

It was at my request and conviction, when I attained a fairly responsible age.

    Dispensationalism

I do like and appreciate the way in 1 Corinthians 11.26 the Lord's Supper is connected with the rapture of the church.

    Who managed to quit smoking?

Doing it confidently was something instinctive, years ago. If you were an adult, you could smoke, and that was the end of the matter, seemingly. (Philip Morris even sponsored classes specifically to teach women how to smoke properly.) There was an aura of innocent confidence about it, decades back.
