    Who managed to quit smoking?

Yes, exactly; ppl carried packs all the time, and at work coffee break, after meals, out it came, with hardly any consciousness even by other people.

What's the weather like where you are?

Of course, for you guys in Europe it's already been dark for hours... Here it's been so noticeable that while all the snow may have melted locally, yet even on slightly higher ground there have still been some snow remnants.

What is God doing in your life right now?

By God's grace, we can each say in one way or another, EBENEZER, 'Hitherto hath the LORD helped us' (1 Samuel 7.12).

    Who managed to quit smoking?

Best if ppl don't smoke. I guess this was your thought years ago with your awareness of smoking in the home, right? At the same time, young ppl today don't seem quite to realize just how common, just how natural it was for work colleagues, family members, etc., to light up, years ago.

    Who managed to quit smoking?

I don't see that for them to "moralize" against someone having an occasional cigarette is somehow appropriate if then they indulge in all sorts of other harmful things. Back in your mom's days, as you would know, lighting up was just a natural thing to do; if one did not have a light, someone...

Is infant baptism from the Bible?

My understanding of the baptism of the Spirit is that the church was immersed in the Spirit - so to speak - at Pentecost, and the individual comes into the good of it at the new birth, but is subsequently baptised as a sign of personal faith, afterwards.

    Who managed to quit smoking?

Sounds as if he needed the nicotine still but gradually managed to cut down using a different method.

    Who managed to quit smoking?

@Pearl I don't think young people with their keen ideas (bless them) should ignore the way things were in the past, when it was just so natural to smoke; ppl did it without thinking, without anyone batting an eyelid, so to speak.

Is infant baptism from the Bible?

We see the order in Acts 2.41: The person believes (is born again) and is subsequently baptised.

What is God doing in your life right now?

I guess that first and foremost the relationship must be vertical: Godward; and it's then afterwards the the horizonal - interpersonal fellowship - comes, as per the order in John's First Epistle.

What does "walk worthy of God" mean?

Psalm 110.3 is maybe relevant here: "Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power" (Psalm 110.3).

    'Blood of Jesus'

I guess it's always worthwhile being aware that if one feels wound up by repeated posts, then taking oneself out of the exchange can be logical.

    Deception

    Like I said to @Naomi25 , I don't have daughters.

    'Blood of Jesus'

"No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father." (John 10.18)

What is God doing in your life right now?

I really don't understand how ppl can say they feel great experiences with God but seem to have no interest in what the Word of God has to say, and who don't seem to feature in any prayer life.
