It's like the serial polygamist all too common in professedly evangelical churches who, each time he or she gets divorced and remarried says, 'Oh, so sorry', but then continues to behave in the same way.

But Paul in Romans speaks also of 'the obedience of faith' and 'obedience to the faith' at the beginning and end of the Epistle. Denying the Spirit-inspired and Apostolic authorship of the Epistle of James is no way to go.

Begs the questions: What did the infant actively agree with? and was there any direct exercise of personal faith in relation to it?

"For then there will be great suffering unlike anything that has happened from the beginning of the world until now, or ever will happen." A unique, future event, the coming Great Tribulation is far worse than anything that has happened so far.

I don't know of any Scripture which must be fulfilled before the Lord Jesus returns for His church, 1 Thess. 4. Matthew 24 is not about the church, clearly; the great tribulation it refers to is a unique future event not linked with the church.

Well, these days many young Christian men and women have it done after they believe, knowing that they are such effective conversation-starters. (Of course, the wearer then has to be prepared to use the opportunities that the faith based tattoo - John 3.16; Christian fish sign <><, etc. may...

I guess it's not faith based; maybe if it were you would more actively pursue using it as a witness tool? as a lot of young Christian men and women do today.
