You need to take the Bible a wee bit more literal.

The 2 are acquired by obeying Acts 2:38. Repent=death/blood shed(Christ died...we die) . Water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins=the shed blood of Christ applied as we are buried with Him.

Bingo! Acts 2:38 is the fulfillment of the Matt 28:19 command!
