I guess the point is that in Acts and from Matthew 28 onwards it's about the Gospel going to Jew and Gentile alike, into all the world.

I guess it shows that the pain aspect ought not to be prohibitive for those who really want to make a faith statement and use a tattoo as a witness tool, right? (Seeing as you manifested coped with your tattoo pain.)
