    Hello everyone new member here

Atheism doesn't try to explain reality, it is simply the default position. Every baby born is an atheist, they're shaped by the people around them. Can I ask you where the creator/intelligent designer came from?

I believe that morality is subjective. I wouldn't agree with all of the above but I do see the value in a couple of your examples.

    Hello everyone new member here

Good question. In a perfect world I would like for us both to be right but with caveats, let me explain... If you desire to be reunited with loved ones and be at one with your god for eternity that's fine by me and I would be happy for you providing that I as a none believer get to rest in...

How can there be life after death?

I also don't understand why on earth anybody would crave eternal life. Millions upon millions of years caught up in God knows what... A finite existence if just fine by me, I've played my part in the universe and when my time is up I'll die happy in the knowledge that I've lived my life to the full.

How can there be life after death?

More than 1,175 claim to have seen the Loch Ness Monster according to the official sightings register. 7% of people in the UK claim to have seen a UFO and 35% have claimed to have had a personal experience with a ghost.

How can there be life after death?

I'm wondering whether Neanderthals questioned such things. My view is that it's futile to argue for or against the unknowable.
