That's a good way to put it. I don't believe anyone has 100% certain knowledge, and the ones who claim to know everything are the ones I'm skeptical about the most. And so I admit that I don't know everything, I don't understand everything, I just know that God exists and therefore I have...

What does this term "born again" mean to you? And how can you be sure you are "born again"? How does "water and spirit" apply to your understanding of being born again? The term comes from the conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus in John 3. What do you make of the fact that the rest of...

Reading all of these different opinions confuses me. I just don't get it

Hi there. I'm actually from Melbourne, born and raised. Just living in Adelaide at the moment, travelling and working around Australia, it's a cool city. France and Spain look good, so do Argentina and Brasil but remember, they haven't played any good teams yet and anything can still happen on...

Darwins ideas are outdated and have since been proven to be incorrect. All living organisms didn't not evolve from a single common ancestor and no new species has ever evolved from another species. They were all just assumptions invented by atheists eager to disprove God and have since been...

The fossil record is a good place to start. Scientists have always been desperate to find "the missing link", a fossil of a transitional species between ape and human. In the first half of the 20th century they had piltdown man. Most of the theory rested on piltdown man, supposedly discovered...

Hey Deb your very attractive. Did you ever get married or did you remain single?

My goodness gracious me... France were sooooo good against Sweden. That was some beautiful football. They're firm favourites after that tremendous performance. They'll be hard to beat

@SocraticAli I see your new to the forum and i welcome you to it. I also see that your agnostic and I respect that, I used to be agnostic as well. There have been several threads on this topic and it's a complicated one. It's 1am here so I'll keep it brief for now and come back later on to...

Some kids of this generation could do with the good old fashioned cane. Also a big problem with modern day science is that there is often a conflict of interests.

In Australia Husband "I'm taking the dog for a walk dear" Wife "Be careful for kangaroos and koalas" In America Husband "I'm taking the dog for a walk dear" Wife "Be careful for mountain lions and grizzly bears" Husband "I think I might just stay home" :shockedx

That was cool but if I went there I would prefer to be with a guide so they can explain everything to me and I can ask them questions

Hey that was my thread. LoL. I think it's a matter of parenting style. I started that thread thinking it was OK to spank your child. Then I changed my mind to it's not ok. In the end I changed my mind again and thought that it's ok under certain circumstances.

Like, I actually want to post something from here to show that our wild life is bad ass too but I can't even keep up with America's wild life. Every week it's something or other over there

Again with America's crazy wildlife :jest:

How cute. I'm surprised their allowed to take dogs into a baseball game. A dog might go onto the field to chase the ball

And you guys think Australia is bad... Apffft.... Please... America is just as bad if not worse... Mountain lions, alligators, snakes, pumas, sharks, bears, cougars, wolves, bison, mousse. That country is just insane. :IDK:

We're down to the round of 32. This is when the world cup really begins. All group matches mean nothing now. This is knock-out football. Sudden death. All matches must be decided. Extra time and penalty shoot-out if required.
