Daniel 9:25 - the messiah the prince

Are you saying dropping "Messiah" pushes the prince 2000 years ahead? Because "to come" was true of Titus too, he was future from Daniel's vantage point in 538 BC. Nothing in the phrase tells us how far ahead this prince is, just that he isn't the Messiah.

    Beware Of The Crowd--The Many!

Why do you go to church? Are you trying stay in favor with God through obedience? From what we’ve discussed so far it seems that you go out of obligation, to please God.

    Beware Of The Crowd--The Many!

I would be the opposite on that one. My family member would come before missing a day of church every time. I realize the church/birthday was just an example but in my view, you’re view is putting a self-imposed yoke on your neck that doesn’t exist. Forsaking the assembling of ourselves doesn’t...

Reviving Biblical Christianity (The Way) Part 2

You’re not a nobody. You don’t have to answer, I just thought it might be good to dig into to that aspect.

    Beware Of The Crowd--The Many!

Do you think God is more pleased by a person sacrificing a family members feelings and choosing church over the family members feelings? I’m just asking to make sure I know where you’re coming from.

    Beware Of The Crowd--The Many!

Why are those things hard. There’s no right or wrong choice when choosing between a family birthday and going to church. You’re church should understand that a family member’s birthday is worth missing one day of church. Beside that, non-believers face the same conflicts in their lives.

What do you think crucified with Christ means?

Reviving Biblical Christianity (The Way) Part 2

No it’s not a biblical term. Do you hear Christian’s saying my ego has been crucified with Christ. I’m not arguing that ego isn’t the same thing as the flesh or self. I’m saying Christians don’t use the word ego but New Agers do.

Reviving Biblical Christianity (The Way) Part 2

The word "ego" as a term for a distinct psychological structure — "the self," specifically the rational, mediating part of the mind — comes from Sigmund Freud, early 20th century, in his model of id/ego/superego. That's purely secular psychoanalytic theory, with no Christian or biblical roots at...

Reviving Biblical Christianity (The Way) Part 2

Organized religion has always worshipped Baal. You will find a few, very few, true believers in a corporate church because as soon as the Lord shows them what organized religion is they leave.

    Beware Of The Crowd--The Many!

I don’t know where y’all get the idea that living for Christ is hard. Are you talking about persecution of what? Do you find it hard to walk with Christ. I’m being serious, I truly don’t understand why you guys act like walking with Christ is such a laborious task.

Think about how long Baals shaft (steeples) has been on top of Christian churches.

I’m on the easy path. My yoke is and my burden is light.

Reviving Biblical Christianity (The Way) Part 2

I know “ego”isn’t a biblical term. The Bible calls it the flesh. I’ve listened to Kabbalah and New Age people and they use the word ego a lot.

Is this Kabbalah or maybe New Age mysticism?
