Feminism, Occultism, and the Salem Witches

The Bible teaches "equal but different" ... a view that is vehemently opposed by feminist ideology.

1John 2:6 whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

For me, the key to understanding this and similar Scriptures, is that God looks at the desire of our heart. 1 Samuel 16:7 "For the LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.” 1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we...

Democrats including AOC wrongly think there are currently lynchings

Let's hope the title of that video is comes true. The stirring up of race hostility by the Left is quite sickening.

Iranian missile strikes and the third temple.

The word used for "temple" here is not used by Paul to refer to a literal temple whenever he uses it elsewhere. I think it is possible for those looking for a literal fulfillment of "he as God sitteth in the temple of God" could miss the emergence of a religious leader from within the...

    Religious Persecution in USA

I think one-off gatherings are different to weekly meetings. When our bi-weekly home church grew to 20 we hired a community venue.

    Religious Persecution in USA

I have been a participant in small home churches and found them a great blessing. However, I can see the reason that regular services that attract a large number of cars could make life difficult for people who live nearby. When a group has a 100 attending, I would prefer hiring a local venue...

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

There are those who think they have a supernatural ministry like the apostles. I would ask you to consider 1 Corinthians 11:1 & 2 Paul said he did not take a wife with him ... so he was not talking about imitating him personally ... he was talking about following his teaching ("remember me in...

    Chosen people

So would you say that the "sheepfold" is heaven? And would you say that coming to the Father means going to heaven? You don't think it is possible that Jesus was talking about coming into a personal faith relationship with God in our Christian life?

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Have you struck anyone blind lately? I don't try to imitate the apostles ... I believe what the apostles taught.

    SHOULD CHRISTIANS BE AGAINST ABORTION

Situation ethics denies there are moral absolutes that cover every situation ... so do you by invoking the "culpability" loophole. That clarifies your previous comment. You may feel qualified to judge Lot, but I am not. Which of the Ten Commandments were violated by people God honoured?

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Jesus as the Lamb of God did not kill anyone ... Jesus in the Church age killed at least 3 we are told of. You and I are not apostles. I just believe what the apostles taught the Church about the use of necessary force to curb social evil.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Well if you believe Jesus is God, He killed Ananias & Sapphira, and Herod Agrippa.

    SHOULD CHRISTIANS BE AGAINST ABORTION

Assessing the culpability of a person's behaviour is situation ethics. Does God break His own law? Now go and strike Amalek and devote to destruction all that they have. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’” (1 Samuel 5:13) Lot...

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Peter & Paul taught that the government had a responsibility to use force when necessary. Never did Jesus condemn anyone in the military ... in fact He commended their faith ... at least twice. Jesus did not teach, nor did He practice, extreme pacifism ( John 2:15, John 18:6, Luke 22:36)

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

It sounds as if you think you understand Jesus' teaching better than His closest followers, such as Peter & Paul. (1 Peter 2:13-14, Romans 13:1-4)

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Necessary as on August 6, 1945 ... most definitely yes.

Poll. Will we be judged when we die?

John 5:24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

    When necessary, of course!

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

Rational people would be prepared to kill a person gunning down children in a school whether the shooter was a Christian or not.

The good man that turned bad out of necessity

My faith is in God and I believe things will unfold in the world as he has ordained. The nuclear capability of the US has clearly been a tool in God's plan to hold back satanic forces until the end.
