Unity of the faith - at what cost?

Who cares? Numbers don't equate to right. Few there be that find it.

Unity of the faith - at what cost?

Unity of the faith - at what cost?

Absolutely! Are you saved by belief only, or faith only, or are unbelievers saved, or are you saved without baptism, or by substituting some other thing in place of baptism yet calling it baptism? Think about the myriad of denominations that believe and practice the above. Sadly you do not...

Unity of the faith - at what cost?

We're not talking about whales but rather truth or non-trurh which includes half truth, and it's about definitive issues of scripture. THE CHURCH WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE TRIBULATION ACCORDING TO DANIEL

No one can definitively answer that. And was some of Matthew 24 possibly symbolic? I think, when you read the parallel scriptures in conjunction with the Josephus record, you can clearly link that event to the seige and fall of Jerusalem in A.D 70.

THE CHURCH WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE TRIBULATION ACCORDING TO DANIEL

Yes, the seige and eventual fall of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. WAS great tribulation, but not THE great tribulation. There is no "THE great tribulation". To see how great of a tribulation the seige and fall of Jerusalem was, just read the historical account of it written by Flavius Josephus

THE CHURCH WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE TRIBULATION ACCORDING TO DANIEL

The fall of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. Also read the parallel passages in Mark 13 and Luke 21. It's clearly talking about the fall of Jerusalem

DO WE HAVE TO CONFESS HIS NAME?

Yes, as part of the salvation process as did the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8 and was told to Saul to do in Acts 22 which is consistent with Romans 10:8-10

THE CHURCH WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE TRIBULATION ACCORDING TO DANIEL

What exactly is THE tribulation? A specific one that qualifies it as THE one, and not just tribulation?

PETER DIDN'T PREACH THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION

Do you really think the NT writings contain every single word that the Apostles preached or taught?

PAUL PREACHED CHRIST ACCORDING TO WHICH SCRIPTURES?

He preached Christ according to the gospel

THE BODY OF CHRIST WASN'T FORMED AT PENTECOST

The Jews first then the Gentiles as promised in scripture. The Jews @ Jerusalem (Acts2) then The Gentiles at Caesarea (Acts10).

So Joseph married Mary but didn’t have sex?

Marriage is the result of having sex.

I SEE TWO CHURCHES IN ACTS 15

There is ONE church which is the body of believers who were baptized into Christ and added to the body by Christ. There are numerous congregations but all part of the same body of Christ, the earthly kingdom.
