The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Oh, so Jews are not the chosen people?

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Why would I want to be one of your chosen people?

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

The Pharisees were purebred pedigreed Jews, the cream of the crop of your chosen people. Not God's.

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Bro, I see the NT Church of faithful obedient saints in the 144,000 of Revelation 14. Unlike Revelation 7, there is no mention of tribes, and they follow the Lamb, clear allusions to the NT Church. They also sing a new song, which is true only of the New Testament Church. Thus the faithful...

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

All of that describes what Christ has accomplished at Calvary through the New Will and Testament in His Shed Blood. So you're a winner with those. And that New Will and Testament has completely transcended the old will and testamment, because that's how Wills and Testaments work. And there is...

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

He certainly does. Here's how: Hebrews 8 6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. That's been reality since Calvary, notwithstanding your incessant denial and rejection. That...

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

1 Samuel 2 35 And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever. There'd be one tired priest somewhere out there. But through Christ's sacrifice at...

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Numbers 19 10 And he that gathereth the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: and it shall be unto the children of Israel, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among them, for a statute for ever. Through Christ's sacrifice at Calvary, you lose.

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Numbers 18 19 All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto the Lord, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before the Lord unto thee and to thy seed with thee. Through Christ's...

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Is this what they do? Exodus 12 22 And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning. 23 For the Lord will...

You're welcome to your nope. I'll stick with John.

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

He also said that the passover was to be observed for ever. That is a fact. But it wasn't. That is a fact. Why not?

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Why did they stop, if God said it was for ever?

The 144,000 before God at the end.

It didn't come for the unfaithful disobedient Israelites that God slew.

The 144,000 before God at the end.

The truth that John was conveying was that there were faithful obedient saints of God to be found within every tribe. Hence his use of tribal names. Plus the significance of the meanings of the names of each of the tribes. Entirely apropos.

The 144,000 before God at the end.

The unfaithful disobedient Israelites that God slew weren't raptured.

The Orthodox Preterist versus the Heretical Dispensationalist

Was this for ever? Or was it transcended by the Sacrifice of Christ the NT Passover Lamb? Exodus 12 22 And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the bason; and none of you shall go...

Who appointed you the authority on what is symbolic and what is not? If 144K (an obviously symbolic number) Jews are literal, then so are their seals.
