    Is baptismal regeneration…

You're not saved only one element which baptism is. It's the last element in the process but it alone doesn't and won't save your soul. If that were the case unbelievers could be saved which makes no sense. 1. Belief and faith 2. Confession of belief 3. Repentance 4. Baptism for the remission...

    Is baptismal regeneration…

Being reborn is synonymous with being saved, converted, etc. They all equate to the same thing, and baptism, the immersion in water is part of that process of being saved, reborn, or converted such as was the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8, or the Jews in Acts 2, or Paul in Acts 9 as retold in Acts 22

    Is baptismal regeneration…

True. Conversion must include water baptism. Without baptism there can be no conversion no different than belief, faith, confession of belief, and repentance. All are required including baptism in order to be saved/born again/converted, become a child of God and Christian, added to the Lord's...

The Problems of Perpetual Belief Alone Salvation-ism.

Sorry, you are wrong and are not understanding what John the Baptist said in its proper context. Here's a repost I put together for someone else recently that addresses this topic. REPOST Start with Luke 3:16 and Luke 24:47-49 both restated in Acts 1:4-5. What's it say? One will come that...

Does God expect us to obey the hundreds of NT commands on day one of our service to be saved?

If you know nothing else, the plan of salvation is all that's required to be saved. It's simple as intended to be by God. All that's required when all pertinent scriptures are considered is 1. Belief and faith 2. Confession of belief 3. Repentance 4. Water baptism for the remission of sins Upon...

Was Jesus/Yeshua born with a Sin Nature?

What is a sin nature? Jesus was tempted by the devil. Why was he tempted? It's because Jesus was flesh and flesh is prone to sin, but Jesus fid not committ sin even though tempted. It's his example to us as I stated. So, being in the flesh as we are he was likewise tempted as we are. What's your...

The Problems of Perpetual Belief Alone Salvation-ism.

What else does 1 Peter 3:21 say? It, Peter, says baptism doth also now save us. It doesn't matter if it's symbolic or not, it still saves us according to Peter. 1The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a...

The Problems of Perpetual Belief Alone Salvation-ism.

Like I said you are inconsistent with scripture because the scriptures say something contrary. 1 Peter 3:21, Acts 22:16, the aforementioned Acts2:38, Mark16:15-16. Also, we're baptized into Christ. If you're not baptized you're not in Christ and if notvon Christ, you're not part of his body...

The Problems of Perpetual Belief Alone Salvation-ism.

Not much to figure out if you can read. The bible clearly spells out what's required as I've listed. You are inconsistent with the inspired writers of the bible. A very good example of conversion is that of the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8. He was preached Jesus, he believed, he confessed, and was...

how do you think God view us.... are we all half brother and half sisters

We're adopted into the family do it's not quite as you've posed the question.

The Problems of Perpetual Belief Alone Salvation-ism.

A totally erroneous, unscriptural, doctrine. Belief alone doesn't save your soul; even devils believe and tremble according to James. When all pertinent scriptures are considered, you end up with the following list of requirements for salvation. 1. Belief and faith 2. Confession of your belief...

Was Jesus/Yeshua born with a Sin Nature?

Flesh is flesh and sin and flesh go hand-in-hand. Jesus overcame that, which was his example to us: he was without sin. Sin must be committed. He committed no sin. He was tempted but did not succumb to sin.

Why can we dis Jesus but not the Holy Ghost?

Keep in mind when this occurred. Jesus was yet alive and his audience was nor us. If you keep his statements in that context it's easier to understand. Blaspheme of the Holy Ghost was a direct affront to God which was different than being an affront to Jesus while alive in the flesh. Jesus is no...

Saved by Faith vs Repentance and Obeying the Commandments

You are correct regarding John's baptism except that it would have had to be repeated for the remission of sins similar to the OT laws requiring the constant sacrifices made periodically for atonement. John's baptism was identical to and the forerunner to the baptism noted in Acts 2:38 except...

Original Sin (or sin nature) in the Bible:

No such thing as original sin in the bible
