My own grandma had a familiar spirit and my dad said she could lay her hands on a table when he was young and cause it to walk around the room. She was saved before she died thank God. As a child I was troubled by evil spirits and had no one to help me. I was afraid of many things that carried...

Prayer for your grandma.

Yes, I spend some time searching out war time testimonies. My father died in the VA and both my brothers are DAV. Gene my youngest brother is 100 % disabled.

John 1:1-3 KJVS In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] The same was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Jesus made all.

Watchman Nee, a brilliant theologian and educated Christian, lamented that the ignorant villagers in remote Chinese places knew the savior better than he. Their uncluttered minds were able to readily accept the simplicity of the message of salvation. Let me pray for an uncluttered mind and a...

5 stones, one for Goliath and each of his four brothers! Israel is alive with Bible history.

This poem by an online friend is regarding the death of a friend in Vietnam. Events from 1969. Fifteen yards Captain Vern Humphrey The jungle's green, the scars are healed Where John O'Reilly lay Alone upon a stricken field We were sixteen miles away For half an hour his line held firm Then...

The emptiness of what I hear from churches frightens me. Thank God He came and got me outside of church walls. Ezekiel 34th chapter is my testimony. I was a sheep not sought after until Jesus had mercy on my wretched soul. So many steeped in denominationalism and don't read the word for...

I'm concerned with staying right with God, being a blessing to others and leading others to Him. We all disagree on many things but that shouldn't make every man an armed camp. I've been ignorant enough in the past to jump into meaningless frays. No one EVER "wins". The need to lift up the...

I'm glad I wasn't on the cross next to Jesus. I'm even more glad that my ultimate fate as a believer was decided by God and not man. David had it right by wanting to fall into God's hands rather than man's. 2 Samuel 24:14 KJVS And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into...

For the men who went off to fight the wars against the wicked rulers. That died in far off places never to see family again. Those that returned have been cast aside, many without a home or a soul to care for them. The statistics say that twenty veterans a day commit suicide. Lord help us...

Very little About God's sense of humor is ever said. Things are serious I know. But I'll Share this remembrance. I laughed aloud as I slept many years ago awakening my wife who asked me why I was laughing. Jesus just told me a joke I replied. With the thought that all of us are prophets in...

Dear Miss H I've found one of the most powerful scriptures for me is 1 John 2:27 KJVS But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath...

Keep it up. Lots of fun. When I was young a family named shook that lived near us played music. The son Richard sdarted a band called merging TRAFFIC and made a one hit wonder song about 1970 That's Richard singing. Chet Atkins and others would show up at their house to play.

What is your denomination? Domination I should say. You take the genuine and throw it aside because you see falsity in everything. What sins do you convict of?

I never heard when Jesus told the naysayers anything about repenting of the gifts of the spirit. Not a peep. When did God speak to you?

I make corny cartoons and desperately need some new victims! Here goes. Trophys? Oh my no! These are just my last recollection each of my hunts. On a visit to my hometown of Bonham, Texas I saw a very large framed photo of a mule having this caption. I thought it hilarious so represented...

Thanks and a happy early one to you and your husband!
